Hi @Noore Alam Shahariya welcome to the community! Are you able to share more detail about where you're needing support in relation to your Bitbucket cloud instance?
-
Welcome, @Hook Mark! We're happy you're here and keen to share your experiences. I'd suggest taking a look at all the different groups we have here, and joining ones that you feel are relevant to you! Since you're posting in our Jira apps group, possibly the Jira one is a good place to start. I'd also recommend checking…

Hi @[deleted] , I've redacted your email addresses for privacy and security purposes. That does sound strange! For help with your Atlassian account, I suggest reaching out to our team via this form. (If your email addresses associated with your account aren;t working, you can use an alternative email address for the above…

Hi @인재개발차상훈 , I hope replying in English is okay. I have removed your credit card details from your post for security purposes. If you have issues with billing and/or cancelling your Atlassian subsciption, please reach out to the Licensing team via this contact form.
-
Hi @Lucyz I would recommend reaching out for help with this via this contact form - it doesn't require you to successfully log in to your account before submitting (in case that was going to be a problem). The team there should be able to help!
-
Hey @Miranda Are you referring to a Jira subscription or Trello? For payment plan type questions, you might be best reaching out to our billing team, who can talk you through it. I'd suggest creating a ticket with that team here and make sure to specify which product this is for, and use the email address that's associated…

Ooh that's a fun idea!

My favourite, more formal ritual is the Rituals Reset play. As a global and remote team, we rely heavily on our rituals to keep us in contact with each other and track things like ongoing projects, important updates, and workload management. It makes sense to do a reset and check in with what’s working, what’s no longer…

Hi @warda and @Off AIOU Learn - welcome! I recommend starting by checking out this page for for what's new with Atlassian right now, and then join groups and product collections (from the top navigation) that are relevant to you! @warda since you use Confluence, take a look at the Confluence launchpad 🚀 Hope that helps!

I honestly don't think I could pick a favourite tree, but one I'd like to share is the Gija Jumulu (Giant Boab). This one lives up in Kings Park, Western Australia, where it was relocated after needing to be moved for construction (😑). On the plus side, it means it can be enjoyed by many, many people who visit the park.…

Good luck with the move, @Jimmy Seddon! We're lucky to have you in this community.

Thanks, @Angelie Stephens !

Hi @Dr David Best, Glad to hear you got the help you needed in the Trello product group! Rather than posting a thanks here, have you heard of our Kudos program? It's a reward system where you can earn points and badges (and sometimes swag and prizes) for participating in activities in the Atlassian Community. There's an…

Hi @Natalie Beiler - we're so happy to have you here! I think to start, a good group for you to join would be the Research & Healthcare industry group, and also possibly the Confluence, Jira & Opsgenie product groups, since those are what you've been working with. Depending on your role at your company with these Atlassian…

Welcome, @Amanda McCauley and thanks for joining this group! Sounds like you will be a great asset to this community! Glad to hear your team is thriving with agile processes - in case you haven't seen, Atlassian has a bunch of plays for building and keeping a healthy agile team. Definitely recommend checking them out, if…

Hi Harlan - welcome! Have you seen the free courses on JQL that Atlassian Learning provides? There are different courses for different skill levels, so wherever you are in your learning journey, there should be a course that's a good fit for you! There are also courses depending on your role working with Jira - definitely…

I've definitely done one of these before but cannot for the life of me remember what I got! This time I got Mediator which sounds about right. I do think over the past few years (as a result of the pandemic, and maybe my age 🙈) I have leaned more into needing quiet alone time. A few of the questions I know my…

How exciting, @piotr_musial! Thanks for being here - looking forward to seeing Atlassian Community events coming out of Cracow!

Christmas Chronicles was never on my radar until last year, but I loved it! Love me the Kurt Russell-Goldie Hawn combo 🎄
-
How lovely, @Neghena drawio Diagrams We've been watching all the holiday movies, too. What's your current favourite? My 2yo is obsessed with the 2018 animated Grinch one at the moment, so we've had to watch it (literally) daily!
-
Big fan of adults having more of a sleep-in on Christmas Day! Though my kids would be utterly feral if they stayed up til midnight! 🙃

The Health Monitor is such a good one, @Andy Gladstone, my team does it regularly. I think having an impartial facilitator (and one that's not... intimidating(?) to the team) is a key factor in the success of the play, going along with the right prep, as you mentioned. I'm sure next year your team will be thankful you're…

Hi @Gabriela Koleva thank you for attending Unleash! It looked like an amazing event. I was sad to have missed it but have been enjoying the shares/posts by excited attendees this week. That is so funny that my favourite play was discussed there! I love to hear that you already do a bunch with your team (without calling it…

@Rodrigo Borgia a Lego Serious Play facilitator?! That is so cool! And what you're describing here is very similar. Thank you for sharing with the community and validating this type of breakout session is important for the health and success of teams.
-
Great question @Patrick Lee! It's a holiday tradition on Christmas Day in the morning for my family to head down to the beach and drink champagne and eat strawberries. Being in Australia means Christmas in summer, so it looks quite different to our northern hemisphere friends!

Hi @Dave lemmon, love that! Have you checked out our Jira templates? We have different project management templates, as well as ones for operations that may be helpful to manage those jobs. Don’t hesitate to give the community a shout if you run into any problems or need advice!
