It's the Euro-Mir Rollercoaster at the Europa-Park in Germany. It was one of the first "big" rollercoasters I was allowed (and brave enough) to ride. The waiting line is already cool since it plays a song which sticks with you (click on own responsibility ... I warned you). Once you're in the building the waiting line…

Hey @Grant Szalay , if you hover over your Figma embed you should get those handles on the side (see screenshot) you can use them to drag and resize the embedded iframe. Confluence uses a grind in the background where the iframe will snap into certain sizes. I hope this helps and solves your problem. If not I'm afraid that…

Hey @Cathy McGraw (Contractor) , mhh bummer this seems to be a bug to me. But there is another possibility, the "include page" macro. This includes the content directly into your page and readers won't see that it's from a different page. So there is also no link to that page but you can add a plain text link in addition…
-
Hey @Cathy McGraw (Contractor) , are you using plain links to those pages or are you using the page include functionality? To add an include click on your link in the editor like here: This bring up the smart link functionality as shown in the image. Here you can choose to embed the content of your link directly into the…

Hi, I have a similar problem (I think) with my database where we manage our content. We built a database for our content workflow where we track each content piece by it's status, format, type and add several information to it like links to the published piece. Since we manage our content in one database containing all our…

We're really happy about this feature and we're using it nearly on a daily basis (especially to update old pages). My team and I even created a Tl;dr short about this news. Thanks for implementing this!

Hi @Ellen Ruddy Welcome to the community! Besides the great options already mentioned Atlassian also has an university which offers you a lot of onboarding courses. Free Confluence Courses If you need a quick overview and onboarding to the editor, my team created a beginner course for that. Confluence Editor Tutorial After…

Hey @EtienneD Are you PDFs somewhere linked on your pages you try to search through? If not I'd say this is a bug in the macro I'd expect that if you select the content type "page" that it would only search through it. But if the PDF is linked on that page - it might be a wanted behaviour from how this macro was developed.…

Then I'd say that the public link might be the better solution for you. The basic macros usually used on an FAQs page are available to the readers and you only would need to share that once page instead of the whole space. Cheers, Steffen
-
Hey @Silvana Bilic Michaelsen there are some differences between the two. First the one you already pointed out that with public links you can share just one page instead of the entire space. Another one is that if you view a page with public links the most of the Confluence UI (navigation etc.) is not displayed. This…

Hey @Paul Nel my teams app Scroll Viewport for Confluence Cloud might be the tool you're looking for. The app will take the content you select and publish it to a branded help center of your needs. You can brand it yourself the way you want, add a custom domain and SSO if you need to. At the same time your Confluence UI…

If you're looking for a public facing documentation you could take a look at app of my team Scroll Viewport for Confluence Cloud. It allows you to generate a documentation to a public facing website without the need to change your…

I +1 YouTube Premium. I'm so much on YouTube watching videos that it's worth the money. Also I don't have Spotify since with YouTube Premium, YouTube Music is already included and I can't see a difference between the platforms, except that YouTube Music provides lyrics and music videos as well :-)

Hi @Andy Gladstone thanks for your input. These are indeed good additions to this article, thanks! Tables are a very important part of a page and because of that we've dedicated a whole article about creating beautiful tables in Confluence. I love your take on @-mentions that those are not just relevant to share…

Hey @Samie Delebo - Your Gal at Gliffy we (the content team) at K15t are actually using Orderly to keep track and manage our content projects in Confluence. It's so much more convenient for us since you don't need to add page labels anymore, can filter for specific types of content and edit the whole table without going…

Ok, what's the origin of the images. Are they maybe linked from a space where the customer portal doesn't have access too? Best Regards, Steffen

Hi Asher, by speaking of help center, do you mean the Help Center theme provided by Scroll Viewport for Confluence Cloud? If no, what do you mean by help center? Best Regards, Steffen

Hi @shehzad.iqbal and @Adriane Hunt , Scroll Viewport is grabbing the content only from the Confluence page itself. This means, every HTML which isn't in the page content of the Confluence page isn't available in the viewport. The Global Custom HTML is one of those cases. As Shehzad already figured out - you would need to…
-
Hi Michal, in Scroll Viewport you are able to define an additional, custom view for your Product catalogue for your visitors and readers. Scroll Viewport won't change the Confluence UI at all so your authors still can use Confluence as they do today. The app gives you full control of the Confluence content and allows you…

Hi Bandy, "Is there a way/plugin that enables me to collect analytics on activities in Viewport? Page Hits/User details etc?" Sure this is possible. I assume you are using the "Page View" plugin from EliteSoft? The plugin is using an Ajax call to track the page view in Confluence. So what you would have to do, is…
