No, that's not possible.
-
As long as you use an external API, your app is not eligible for "Runs on Atlassian". However you can list it on the marketplace.
-
Your best bet is to contact Atlassian vendor support directly at https://developer.atlassian.com/support
-
Hi @Ian MacDonald , There is now a public ticket to work on including Forge macros in the listing: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-81490
-
The most likely reason is that the plugin does not support dark mode.
-
The newer PDF export engine of Confluence Cloud is severely limited. You don't have many options to change things. We might be able to help if you show your CSS here.
-
At least databases are not accessible through the API.
-
Hi @Gelencsér Szabina , In order to change these details, please contact Atlassian support directly. This is a public group.
-
One other thing: If you onboard your clients onto Confluence, all user data will be stored in the US, even if you enable data residency in Europe for your Confluence instance. See https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/understand-data-residency/ and especially look for the term "user account…
-
Once you are a user in Confluence, you can mention users in other spaces, and thus see that they are users in the Confluence installation. That means once a customer of yours has access to a single space, they can check other users in other spaces, even if they have no access to the other spaces.
-
The app most likely does not work because it is built on Forge, Atlassians new addon framework. This framework does not work on public sites, and apps using it will break.
-
IF you have a paid plan, you can contact Trello support directly. Otherwise it is unlikely that you can recover your account.
-
Unfortunately not. Databases have no API access.
-
Not sure it helps, but we make the free addon Keep it up to date! This allows you to list all pages in a space, by asking it to list all pages older than 0 (zero) days. Unfortunately it does not allow you to filter the pages, however it shows page status and page owner.
-
Confluence databases are quite limited in their features. What do you want to achieve with all pages being listed in the database?
-
Access tokens have permissions you as a user have. Most likely you can't open an issue in the project. Just try to open an issue in the browser interactively and see if you have the correct permissions. If so, the token should also work.
-
Hi @Édpo César , Did you create a Jira webhook? If so, you need to call the Jira webhook with an extra header called `X-Automation-Webhook` as name and the secret as value.
-
Hi @Ian MacDonald , This might be important for you: I believe the CQL search only returns macros made with "Connect", the previous extension framework Atlassian used. The current extension framework uses "Forge", and I believe Forge macros are not returned.
-
Most likely the images are only visible if you are logged into google. You (or your browser) are likely logged in, however the Confluence server is likely not logged in and can't "view" the images.
-
Probably the best action is to open a support request directly with Atlassian.
-
Hi @Dimitrios Kyriakoglou , Most likely you can't use a JWT token and need to use an API token as explained here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/using-the-rest-api/#authentication
-
Hi @Dennis_H , Our app Document Control for Confluence Cloud allows unlicensed guest users to sign pages and add comments during the signing. You can set up the app such that only per-determined people can sign, or e.g. all people able to view the page. Feel free to try for free for 30 days.
-
The PDF export customization is only for space exports, not for individual page exports. That might be your issue. Individual page exports can't be customized by CSS.
-
It's probably best to contact Atlassian support directly. This is a public forum, and we can't help you directly.
-
Hi @Beata Malczewska , You'd need to contact the plugin vendor to ask them how they store the Mermaid diagram. It is likely not directly stored as text on the page. You'd hope they offer an API for sending Mermaid from external systems.
-
As far as i know, you can't disable this. Atlassian seems to design more and more for first time users, and more experienced users are hampered by these design decisions.
-
Using the clientkey as a global variable is a security issue, and makes your app unsafe to use for multiple clients. Just use addon.authenticate in your routes. Also Connect is deprecated, and you won't be able to release such an app in the near future.
-
IF there is a major outage, it will be reported at https://status.atlassian.com/ . Otherwise, just try again sometime later. The Atlassian platform has many transient errors like this.

If you need to know the exact macro names, your best bet is to insert the macros on a page. Then click on the top right three dots, choose "Advanced details" - "View storage format". The macro names in the storage format follow the the string ac:name, e.g. ac:name="expand" for the expand macro. This ac:name is like an id…

Hi @Ian MacDonald , Not sure why your automation is not working. One thing you can do to streamline he macro detection is to use a condition like macro in (toc, widget) in a CQL Condition in an if-block. However for compliance it is probably better to work with an allowlist of macros instead of listing all forbidden…
