I believe there's no formal announcement by Atlassian.
-
Confluence databases are not (yet) accessible by API.
-
Then try Atlassian vendor support?
-
Hi @atinbhai.patel , If I understand the problem correctly, this is not possible currently.
-
Hi @Eric Smyth , Unfortunately, there's no direct way to work on a card concurrently in Trello.
-
Probably your best bet is to contact app vendor.
-
Confluence has both the org admin and the site admin role. The default groups with their permissions are explained here: https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/default-groups-and-permissions/

Hi @Tom Hudgins , Our product is designed to work with Confluence pages. That means it can't currently work with e.g. Word documents. If you need external documents to be signed, I'd recommend to go with PDF, as this is a standardized format working with multiple applications, and there is a signature standard for PDF.

Pm2 not found indicates that pm2 might not be installed. However, why do you need pm2 in a build pipeline? Usually pm2 is used as a process supervisor for long-running node processes.

Some apps list a partial list of their data egress. These lists are always partial, because once the data went to a data egress site, it can be copied further. Your best bet is to look into the Terms of service of the apps you consider, and possibly ask the vendor.

Hi @Kelan R. Whan , Thanks for the writeup. Maybe our free addon Keep it up to date! can help. It allows you to list pages with specific labels and shows the page owners. To list all pages, you should set the amount of days to 0. However there is a maximum of 50 pages the addon shows. Additionally the addon shows who last…

There is a new Confluence feature in beta, which allows "live editing" of pages, i.e. similar to Google docs. We have already tested a version of this feature, however I don't know when the rollout is. I assume it takes another couple of months. However live edit is somewhat problematic with a controlled page, so you'd…

Hi @Maria Schüller , If you make a page view only, others can still see the page and add comments. If that is sufficient it is very easy to use. The comments have one problem: users can edit each others comments. If you want that users "sign" a document and write a secure comment like "I read and understood this page", you…

Hi @Yuze Li- Communardo Products , You can use our addon Document Metadata for Confluence Cloud to achieve this. With this addon you can place Metadata anywhere in your page.
-
Hi @Bryan Guffey , Not a direct answer to your automation question, but we have a free addon which makes a table of outdated Confluence pages: Keep it up to date! I don't believe it is possible to create such a table directly through Confluence automation.

This is not a solution to your problem, but you are exposing the mongodb keys to your users. That means a hacker can get access to your db. It would be much better to call Mongo from the Forge backend, thereby not exposing the key. In the backend calls, there will also be no CORS errors.

Hi @Blaž Sakelšek , I'd recommend to directly contact Atlassian support with a billing question.
-
Welcome @Hallmark Surgical QMS , How you set up your CAPA process depends on your overall Quality Management System. If you set up your QMS documents in Confluence, you can use our addon so sign and approve these documents: Document Control for Confluence Cloud The simplest process for CAPA is probably to directly follow…

Hi @Bayram Gafarli , This is a public forum. I strongly recommend that you contact Atlassian support and or sales directly.
-
Hi @Felix Pollmann , I believe Confluence databases can't do what you want at the moment. An alternative might be to have a Confluence page template with the page properties macro, and then aggregate the data with the page properties report macro.
-
Hi @Liam Lee , You need to contact Atlassian support directly. This is a public forum, and we can't help you directly.
-
You need to contact Atlassian support directly, this forum can't help you.
-
Hi @Daniel Tardif Hernandez , When you send a web request from an automation, the request will not have authentication credentials. That means a web request to Jira (or Confluence) will usually fail because of an authentication error. This is also seen in your log. I don't know an alternative solution to your problem.
-
Hi @Eno Lüdecke , By default Confluence and Jira use the same account on cloud. You have to make sure the the same user is added to both Jira and Confluence.
-
If you want to have more insight into the internals of databases, I'd recommend to contact Atlassian support directly.
-
If I understand it correctly, Confluence databases are not a SQL like db, more of a type of data collection in a spreadsheet.
-
Hi @Ian Turner , Unfortunately Confluence Databases do not have this feature.
-
Two things which might help: * Are you and administrator? Maybe there is a permissions issue with listing/accessing the space. * Have you reloaded the page with the space list? Sometimes Confluence does cache results, and a full page reload is needed to see new results.
-
Hi @Emma d'Imbleval , I'd recommend to directly contact Atlassian support. These forums are public, and your post above also.

That's not available in a database.
