Hi @Jodee Page , Maybe you can use Confluence databases for this?
-
Hi @Anand Chandran , There's no direct, user accessible CQL search in Confluence. You'd need to use the API or us an addon. For example there's https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217056/canned-search-for-confluence , which is free.
-
Another workflow option is to use the built in Confluence Automations (if you have Confluence Premium).
-
An archived issue will stay as long as you don't delete it.
-
You can try the following if it works for you: You can try to set the Confluence global setting to: anonymous = NOT allowed. Then no one from the outside can access your Confluence instance. Then set an individual space to anonymous access, your unlicensed users can now have free access to this Confluence space. However…

Unfortunately Confluence databases are (at this moment) tables with links, which collect information from pages. For some database applications this is enough. However it seems your use case requires more than is available.
-
Strange, our Confluence instance shows: "Worked on" and "Created by me" as options, and not "Owned by me" (that was one of the reasons we built the "Owned by me" into our addon Keep it up to date!
-
Hi @jeroen_wilmes , We have a free addon: Keep it up to date! . This addon allows you to list all pages where you are the page owner. Maybe this helps?
-
Hi @Rachel Bedi , I believe the deck of cards macro is for server/datacenter and not for cloud. I'd recommend to change the labels on this question to get answers.
-
Yes, the new interface seems like a discovery quest instead of getting work done.
-
Hi @Zhinan Tan , Probably your question should have tags for server / datacenter and not Confluence Cloud.
-
Atlassian-sdk is not supported on cloud. An alternative to Forge is Atlassian Connect, however this will still not allow you to do all the UI customizations.
-
Unfortunately this setting is not changeable by a user or admin. I believe it is caused by the CSS settings in the Atlassian design system.
-
At this moment Confluence databases have no API access. So it won't work.
-
Yes, completely agree that Confluence databases need more work.
-
Hi @Kristian Klima , Thank you for the question. At this moment we don't support setting/changing the document status, however this is on our roadmap and will be added soon. We do support webhooks and Confluence Automation, so you can build some workflows yourself. Feel free to contact us for support at…
-
Hi @Lois Goodsell , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Indeed, you probably need an addon to make your processes FDA compliant. We make Document Control for Confluence Cloud , an addon which allows you to manage reviewers and signatures for document control. Our addon is free try for 30 days. Maybe it fits your use case.…
-
I don't think that is possible, as this is a macro configuration parameter.
-
One possibility is to put these 2 users into a separate group, e.g. "contractors" and remove them from the "confluence-users" group. Than add the contractors group to the space access for the 2 spaces.
-
Hi @Walid Gacem , Unfortunately there's no built in way in Confluence to do this.
-
Blueprints can be provided by an addon only. You can't create a blueprint without creating an addon, and this requires programming.
-
Hi @Ned Kost , Our app Document Control for Confluence Cloud does signatures and has support for Confluence Automation. If this is the app you use, feel free to contact our support directly for help: support@phaselockedsoftware.com .
-
In short: you can't, you would need an addon from the marketplace for that.
-
Hi @Uta Samaga , Unfortunately you can't do that within Confluence directly. One possibility is to use Document Metadata for Confluence Cloud , and addon we make. You can try it free for 30 days. With that addon, you can add the page status to the Page Properties macro, and then include it in the Page Properties Report…
-
Hi @Ghofrane KHALI , Have you tried: adding yourself with page access, and after this removing the page access of the deactivated user?
-
You can only add users if you are a Confluence admin. To add a user, click on the cog symbol in the top left. On the new page, look at the right for a link to "User management".
-
Hi @marya.caples , This is currently not possible with Confluence databases.
-
In addition to switching to the free plan, I'd do a backup and a data export. This would allow restoration to a new tenant in the future.
-
A reverse proxy in front of Jira will proxy all http traffic, whereas an API proxy will only proxy the individual API calls.
-
Hi @Terry Dance , Probably you'd need to follow the steps at: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/manually-formatting-webresponse-to-json-in-automation-1252006605.html
