Is the backup from server or cloud?
-
Atlassian should put such outages on their status page. App vendors endors should be able to unambiguously point to Atlassian for such faults.
-
Probably you need to contact Atlassian support directly and ask them to open an issue for this.

Hi @Evan Saltzman , Without our plugin, you would add the page properties macro to each page, and add e.g. the last editor manually. With our plugin, the last editor would be updated automatically (documentation link). That said, there might be data which is only available to you, e.g. "Next review meeting room". These…

Hi @Evan Saltzman , You are not alone with your problems with Confluence databases. An alternative might be the following: Use the page properties macro on the policy or procedure documents. Here you can add the metadata like last editor .... (we make an app to partially automate this: Document Metadata for Confluence…

Hi @heba.ibrahim TRA , The first step is to find out who is your Confluence admin. Contact them first. If they can't solve the problem, contact Atlassian support.
-
Atlassian hat das leider so eingerichtet. Viele Apps koennen erst nach der Evaluation Period deinstalliert werden.
-
Basically for many organizations the choice is to stop using Atlassian products.
-
Confluence databases are more like a simple table than a real database. You can manually add/remove information. There is no API access, and very limited linking to other things.
-
Hi @yscheperkamp , This is a public forum, and nobody here knows what a PBI participant is.
-
On thing you can do is to manually make a page with the format you want, and then check the storage format of the page. You can then use this storage format as a template for your script.
-
Probably you'd need to contact Atlassian support directly, as this might be an error in Confluence.
-
Currently I think this is not possible. Databases don't have an API, and so have limited automation capabilities.
-
Either wait and try again later, or contact Atlassian support directly.
-
I'd check my own posts and see: Have mostly posts with links to addons disappeared? OR also posts without these links. That might be an indication. I'm not a community moderator, so you would need to contact Atlassian to get clarification. However you seem to be from an addon developer company, and when you publish to the…

One possibility might be to use a so called "iframe" macro.
-
Maybe your comments are in moderation or have been flagged. This can happen e.g. if the comments are too commercial.
-
Probably your best bet is to contact Atlassian support directly.
-
This should be possible, however I have no examples.
-
Hi @Tomasz Cyranski , You can't update Confluence tables with API access. It's unfortunately only manual.
-
What we've seen from our customers for Document Control for Confluence Cloud is that planning is essential: * What is in scope for compliance, and what is not * Train users in the compliance workflow, and make it simple and easy for users to follow the workflow * Be prepared to make mistakes, to correct/mitigate mistakes,…

You can try to reverse engineer the new macro format: * make a new page * insert an image * view the page storage format * use this as a prototype for the macro source code
-
Can you try to convert the image to the new editor a second time? This is just a guess.
-
Totally agree. We have to rewrite our manuals, because inexperienced user are looking for "copy" and only see "duplicate". This leads to extra questions and needless back and forth.
-
No direct experience with Keycloak, however I know that many Atlassian customers also use third party addons for SSO.
-
Most likely you need to contact Atlassian developer support directly for help.
-
Hi @Ian MacDonald , you can now also list forge macros: https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/changelog/#CHANGE-2736
-
The old style personal user tokens are usable on all Confluence sites where a user has access. A site admin can't list all of these tokens of a user.
-
Be careful with the "Convert pages automatically" setting. These pages get a new version, as the content has changed. If you version control you Confluence pages for e.g. regulatory purposes you should be aware of this.

Hi @John Howard , Indeed it is quite confusing, also for me. No idea why it is like this.
