These screenshots seem to display the standard Confluence behavior to list all versions. Some users accumulate multiple edits in a draft version of a page (by not publishing after each single edit). Then when a new page version is ready, the page is published. This leads to less versions, and might be applicable to your…

Live-edit pages are always editable, and their versioning is implicit after a couple of changes. Normal pages increase their version number after an edit and publish.
-
My recommendation is to contact Atlassian support directly. There have been multiple regressions with PDF export, and the current state of the export system is difficult to infer.
-
Hi, Can you maybe add a screenshot so that we can understand what your exact issue is?
-
Hi @Nada Elsayed , Do you observe this on normal pages , or on live docs? Both look similar, however they have different edit behaviour.
-
This app seems unavailable on the marketplace.
-
If the Forge app is deployed by a developer, other users can't use the app directly. You need to enable sharing on the app.
-
The first thing I would check is if the app is still installed.
-
Currently there is no direct .docx export in Confluence Cloud.
-
As far as I know, you can't directly read a page properties table from an automation (However if it is possible, I'd like to know).
-
Thanks for this information, good to know. However I don't have an answer.
-
As long as the child pages are not public, the excerpts won't be visible via a public or external link.
-
As far as I know, there is no way to distinguish them except by name.
-
That sounds like an interesting problem, however you posted in the Confluence area, and the question seems to have nothing to do with it.
-
Normal user accounts are independent of the specific Atlassian instance you use. Maybe someone in another Atlassian instance required the user to use 2FA. This 2FA selection will then automatically apply to your Atlassian instance for this user.
-
Scoped and unscoped tokens use different urls. Unscoped use yourinstance.atlassian.net, and scoped use api.atlassian.com.
-
How will this work in terms of licensing? The app data might contain data from the app vendor in addition to customer data.
-
It is quite common for Atlassian to ask users to start using 2FA (i.e. setup). However the screen shot you showed implies that the user has already set up their 2FA.
-
If i understand the permissions of Confluence correctly, your colleague won't see the task listed in the macro, and there won't be any warning from the Confluence side.
-
If you want Atlassian to notice, I'd recommend to open a support case directly with them.
-
If I understand Live Docs correctly, they will do a "snapshot" after some time of no activity. I would assume that such a snapshoted Live Doc will show the correct header. So maybe it's making the Live Doc, wait for some time and then export?

Hi @Navira Zainab We make a free addon, Keep it up to date! This addon has a macro you can insert into a page to show a table with pages using the Legacy Editor (the Keep Legacy Editor macro). This makes it simple to look for pages which need updating due to the legacy editor deprecation. Hope this helps!

I believe Atlassian changed this because rendering diffs became too hard after changes how Confluence content are stored and rendered.
-
You can transfer spaces through export and import. However I do not know how that would work with the data transfer tool.

Here's a screenshot of the output:

This type of question is better asked at https://community.developer.atlassian.com/

I don't think you can move sites from org to org. However you could make a backup, and import it into a new customer site. In theory this would recreate everything in the new site.
-
Most likely you need to contact Atlassian support directly, I've heard of multiple instances having problems restoring cloud backups recently.
-
If it's a single site, you can invite your customer and make them admin. Afterwards they can remove you as admin, and they become the "owner".
