Hi @Zoltán Lehóczky , If I understand correctly, adding guests to the guest group makes it easier to identify all of them in a Confluence instance.
-
Hi @Peter Koenen , You need to contact Atlassian support to request a reindex. This often solves the problem you describe.
-
Hi @JQ , From my experience, restrictions and permissions are complex to handle and mistakes are easily made. That said, I think it makes sense to divide content within spaces, and have relatively uniform permissions/restrictions within a space. I would not recommend to change restrictions based on metadata in general. I…

Hi @Ryan Paul , Regarding your questions: * You can display the page status in a page not directly. You'd need an addon like our Document Metadata for Confluence Cloud . However you need to add a macro to each page for this to take effect. * The page properties report macro is "view only", so you can't modify or edit the…

We make a free addon which allows you to list pages which have not been updated since some time. It's an easy way to focus on pages which are likely outdated. You can get it through the marketplace: Keep it up to date! Obviously, once you have the list of not updated pages, you need to verify yourself if they are outdated.
-
Hi @Mathias Mohrs , This question is tagged Confluence, probably you need to tag it as Jira to get a good answer.
-
In general, on cloud, you can't modify the Confluence interface.
-
Hi @Mike Bowen , One possibility is that these labels are not indexed by Confluence. Confluence indexing is not in real time, and sometimes it can take a couple of hours until all content is indexed. Sometimes the indexing of some content stops, and you have to contact Atlassian support to request a "reindex" of your…
-
Hi @Candice Caputo , There is no method for users to change this layout.
-
Out of the box, Confluence Cloud does not have this feature. If you need to sign off pages, and keep a record of the signatures, Document Control for Confluence Cloud can help you (paid app built by us).
-
Hi @Melissa Averkamp , In general it's hard to extract information from tables in Confluence. However you can use the page properties macro to build special tables. These tables allow reporting with the page properties report macro. Unfortunately this reporting is not base on labels. Confluence has an upcoming feature,…

You can't. That name is fixed by Confluence.

For a specific list of data stored, you'd need to contact Atlassian directly. However the AWS account is managed by Atlassian and belongs to them.
-
I assume the process you want to execute is only run by you, and more or less once only. For authentication you can generate an API token, and use it in all API calls. That means all pages generated will have you as an author (see https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/basic-auth-for-rest-apis/ ). API information…
-
Hi @Jake Arenberg , Indeed, content in iframes is NOT indexed for search in Confluence Cloud. And WebDAV is also not supported. You might be able to use the Confluence API to create the pages, as described here: https://medium.com/@abhishek67parmar/creating-a-confluence-page-with-rest-api-c2a8efc6f546

My recommendation for this type of error is to try later again and/or contact Atlassian support directly.
-
Hi @Marc Petit-Huguenin , If I understand correctly, Forge macros are not supported for guest users: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/FRGE-189
-
Have you checked that the space is not set to "public"?
-
Hi @CC Lim , Confluence has guest users, and you can invite up to guests in a single space. However Jira does not have this feature, as far as I know.
-
Hi @Danielle Prey , At least the last two errors: tti-polyfill.js:4 GET https://marcomcentral.atlassian.net/gateway/api/watermelon/workspace/exists?cloudId=e3596e50-ecf2-4b41-8062-e1d2d1d3173f net::ERR_ABORTED 404 tti-polyfill.js:4 POST…

The rate limiting is for Jira Server, but it seems you are on Jira Cloud. On Cloud, there is no direct option to configure rate limiting.
-
Hi @Stefan Voogt , No, Atlassian does NOT offer complete data residency. Some products offer partial data residency, and the list of data in and out of scope is available here: https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/understand-data-residency/ For example out of scope, i.e. no data residency: *…

The saving refers to "publish" or "update" button.
-
Hi @lance.jones , The addon Document Metadata for Confluence Cloud allows you to list Document name, Creator, Created Date, Draft or published inside a Confluence page. You can even put this information into a page properties macro, and so build reporting around this (I help making Document Metadata).
-
Hi @Mike Bowen , Thank you for your kind words! The little pencil icon is there to indicate that this page status was "inserted" by Document Metadata for Confluence Cloud. Please contact our support directly if your use case needs this to change, we like to help.
-
Hi @Laura Jimenez Valencia , I think Atlassian is currently rolling out a new PDF export engine, which does not work with the PDF export customizations. Which PDF export is active depends on your Confluence instance. I'd recommend to contact Atlassian support directly.
-
Hi @Shuo Ping , Probably a paid app like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1225377/space-sync-for-confluence-copy-publish-pages-over-sites?hosting=cloud&tab=overview is an alternative.
-
Hi @Priyajm , Please be aware: This is a public forum, and we don't have access to your Confluence. Probably it's best to ask your Confluence admin.
-
Hi @Priyanka Agrawal , This problem might have been caused by an outage: https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/b2mvc4m0cbp4

According to the documentation, it is possible through a 3LO app. However that likely won't work with curl. I do not have experience with this.
