Hi @Paul Messina , Unfortunately there is currently no API access. I've heard rumors that Atlassian is working on it for end of 2024.

Hi @Huw Ringer , Currently it is not possible to access Confluence databases from outside. I've heard rumors that Atlassian might enable this at the end of 2024.

This is a semi-public forum, thus nearly everyone can acknowledge.

Hi @skye.glandon Confluence Cloud has no built in signature type. If your needs are simple, you can ask users to leave comment on the page like: "I approve this page, DATE, version 3." However that may not fulfill your compliance requirements. This is where the different addons from the marketplace play a role. We make…

My guess is that this is a temporary glitch. We see similar errors regularly, and they are usually gone the next day.

Forge macro support has less features than Connect macros. In principle it is possible to embed Connect macros into Forge by using something called "Connect on Forge". However using this is relatively complex. From you description, it seems you are using nested macros on server. You could try to emulate that with Connect…

Hi @Nicolas Mayans , Confluence Cloud has no built in signature type. You can use an addon from the marketplace. There are multiple different signature addons, each with different features. We make Document Control for Confluence Cloud, and you can configure it such that users can sign with a click (or with a separate…

We've added PDF export of page status to Document Metadata for Confluence Cloud (a paid addon in the marketplace). However this requires you to add the content status information macro to your pages.
-
Unfortunately this sometimes happens. My recommendation is to contact Atlassian support directly by opening a ticket.

Hi @Dimitris Kamposos , You can create and manage an API token here: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens . such a token gives CodeBeamer all the access rights your account has.
-
There are a couple of html and iframe macros on the marketplace, which allow you to do this. I have no experience with them.
-
Hi @Ossian Borén , While it does not exactly what you are asking for, we have a free addon in the marketplace which lists outdated pages and the page owner: Keep it up to date! We might add support to listing all pages you own in a future update.

Hi @Stefan Anders , There's a help article at https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/finding-storage-usage-of-confluence-space-and-page-using-rest-api-1063555292.html which uses some scripting to get the storage usage.

Hi @Freek Otsen , Confluence cloud has no approval workflow built in. For most use cases you must use a marketplace addon. We make Document Control for Confluence Cloud (free trial), and you can try different apps and see which one fits into your workflow and compliance requirements.

Hi @Harald Seyr , Thanks for sorting this and the writeup!

Hi @Mykhailo Pavliuk , Yes, I have seen people set up a system like this. If your teams has discipline, you can set up multiple spaces in which the documents have different states (e.g. editable, reviewable, published), and then move the documents around according to their state. However there's a reason why there are…
-
Hi @Meeghan Nolasco , There is no alternative to the required field for the space key. That means page creation is limited to a single space per macro.
-
Hi @peter_zwag , Bitbucket is based on git and mainly intended for source code (text). Where do you need to use pictures in Bitbucket?
-
Hi @Yash Pradhan , You can't use your own database with Confluence Cloud.
-
Hi @Mélanie Liguet , You can't show a list of pages and status in the overview page. No idea why Atlassian has not implemented this feature. In order to do this you need an addon like our Document Metadata for Confluence Cloud (paid, free trial) or one of the other paid addons on the marketplace.
-
There is no "official" way to do this except to build a Confluence cloud addon with an api which is exposed to your container. This is a lot of work and maintenance. The pragmatic way is to use a service account user, give this account minimal rights, and create an API token for this account. This allows you to access the…

As org admin, you can't change the email address of a user. They can only change it themselves. One thing you could do is: * create a temporary email J.User@jira.nl in your company's email administration (separate from Jira) * let the user change his email in Jira to John.User@jira.nl * remove the temporary email

There's no incident reported on Atlassian's status page. I'd recommend to open a support ticket with Atlassian.
-
I believe this is not possible at the moment.
-
Post the problem here: https://community.developer.atlassian.com/ The chance is better that someone can help.
-
Probably a better place to post this question is: https://community.developer.atlassian.com/c/forge/45
-
Out of the box this is not possible. Maybe you can do this with an addon from the marketplace.
-
You could use the spell checker built into your web browser.

For development questions I recommend to post here: https://community.developer.atlassian.com/

Hi @Veronica John , When you publish a Confluence page, there is no direct relation to a category on JSM. However you could use page templates to achieve that.
