Thanks for your kind words @Shawn Kessler - you brightened my day! I love this community so much ♡

Great! I hope the tags will help. I think the badge may be manual so I am sure @Monique vdB & Bridget will add your badge to your profile soon. Congrats again!

Hi @Gjakova Gjakova - interesting questions you asked that got me heading to google to research the Roman and Ottoman empires. I appreciate @Davin Studer 's response related to the Roman Empire and the history of the Jara Admins (now known as Jira after the term experienced evolution) :) Wikipedia has a detailed summary…

Are any of your articles missing the atlassian-authors tag @Kat Warner ? I just went back and did a quick search since November 27th when the badge was launched and I could only find 7 of your articles with the AA tag: scrum events - 2 maintaining - 9 scrum roles -12 a look back -9 marketplace 1 - 7 marketplace 2 - 11 tis…

Way to go @Kat Warner !

Thanks Jimmy for sharing my post, and happy to hear you are still injecting your theme word into everything you do! As for me my two words are keeping me on track and as mentioned in my post, my 2020 goals are several tiny bite size actions that have now all become habits after doing them each day since late December. So…

That's great to hear that you resolved your issue @Brandi Good

What a lovely idea for a community badge! ♡ Congratulations @Jon Chau @Jimmy Seddon & @Thomas Schlegel - well deserved! 👏🏼

My favourite book is Essentialism, by Greg McKeown. The premise of the book is “doing less, but better.” Determining what is essential and then eliminating the rest. I realized I was living my life the exact opposite of the concepts in the book, so I decided to be open to it and see where it led me. In 2014, I wrote an…

@Alice I love taking photos, but now I just have albums that are for me. I haven't added anything to Instagram since early December, where I used to post at least once a week in the past (or more).
-
@Alice I agree, I am grateful we found a solution that works for us too. I find without my phone attached I see and hear things differently, I tap into all my senses and experience things fully. And yes my camera roll did get smaller too, I was more focused on taking mental images instead of digital ones :)
-
Thanks @Alice I am so happy to hear you have a similar tradition with your Mom :) The photos of sentimental items are great as you feel the same (or similar) nostalgia when you look at the photo of the item (instead of having the real thing in front of you). Glad to hear you also did a big purge/decluttering session, such…

Thanks @Alice there are some great videos on Code Academy, and maybe there is an equivalent to Canada Learning Code in Italy that you could join, I found in my experience that learning to code with others was a lot of fun and made me want to keep learning :)
-
Thanks for sharing @Alice - I just read it! I absolutely love your writing style and enjoyed how you documented your 31 day journey of digital minimalism. I also felt a sense of relief, which surprised me in the beginning, and I had so much clarity. I am sure I also missed the dopamine but didn't realize it at the time.…

Thanks so much @Sri Kumar :)

Thanks @Alice - I would love to read your blog post, yes please share it. Thanks for the tip on using buffer and for sharing your experience with digital detoxing :)
-
Thanks @Shawn Kessler :)

That;s awesome @Jason H - good for you! I agree, youtube can be addictive. I have limited myself to youtube/netflix/amazon video to when I am on the treadmill.

Merci @Tinker Fadoua oui j'adore les animaux - mon petit chien Max reste avec moi quand je travaille à la maison 💙

Love this post @Jimmy Seddon - I am in Florida visiting my parents and my Mom is such a huge curling fan that she watches it every chance she gets. I curled from grade 7 to 10, and loved it, but didn't know the history of those terms until today (thanks to you). I am left handed so I was taught by Johnny Squarebriggs who…

So fun!!

Love this!

This makes me so happy! I think it is definitely in the top five items I would implement :)
-
A warm welcome to the community @Steven - lovely to meet you!
-
Hey @Jimmy Seddon so happy that you enjoyed the process of selecting your 2020 word and that it may replace your NY Resolutions in the future :) I love how you described it, and that word choice for you is perfect! In my opinion, you are already unstoppable, but glad to hear that no matter what roadblocks you encounter…

Nice @Kat Warner - super organized board you have there! As for a badge board template, I really love the trophy case on our profile pages, that's the one I use to keep track of my progress :)
-
Hi @Jean-Baptiste Arnault I am not sure if I fully understand your question, however if you star your boards you are able to reorder them so they are in the preferred order you mentioned above. https://blog.trello.com/we-made-getting-around-trello-lots-faster-with-starred-boards-a-new-boards-page-and-more Trello organizes…
-
Hi @Stackt_Digital no they will not need Gold to see your board. If you have included powerups in the board, I don't believe the powerups would transfer over when they copy your board, just the board, lists and cards etc. As an aside, ou can invite individuals to join your board if you have 3 powerups (Gold allows for 3)…

Awesome post @Esme Crutchley ! I love gamification and look forward to the new badges when they area announced. The badges are fun to work towards, through engagement in the community. Also, you should tag your articles with atlassian-authors so that they are easily searchable :)
-
Thanks @Tim Keyes , I take things one day at a time, but after 21 times your brain starts to see it as part of your regular routine. However it also only takes 3 days of not doing something to break a habit. You may find this card system in Trello I use to keep active, easy to use but adds an accountability factor and once…
