Sounds lovely Bianca, it's a five sense experience for sure. It's my favourite form of exercises as well, because it doesn't feel like exercise - just all around fun!

I completely agree Teodora, sitting is the new smoking so alternating between sitting and standing and walking helps tremendously. I tend to take my calls while walking, it helps me listen and think better than sitting at my desk, and less multitasking too. Love that "recipe for a great day"!
