Then can you please confirm the resolution for the closed issues. If the resolution is “unresolved” the issue will be considered not resolved
-
@Paolo Di Bello as per JIRA service Desk API * CLOSED_REQUESTS - Only return customer requests that are resolved. * OPEN_REQUESTS - Only return customer requests that are unresolved. * ALL_REQUESTS - Returns customer requests that are either resolved or unresolved. try to the same name "CLOSED_REQUESTS" in your second…

@Martin Hilbig I recommend to try integrity check that comes with JIRA administration. also this plugin can support Integrity Check for Jira

@TAGNAOUTI Khaoula, If you mean to get the associated workflow with a specific status it is easy to get this information from the issue status page - Choose Admin > Issues - Select Statuses to open the 'Statuses' page. Then you can get the associated workflow with close status

@Juan Dela Cruz You can find the required configuration & knonw issues in this page Jira Server mobile app
-
@Jörg Krause Unfortunately, i dont think you can do it with out-of-the-box jira jQL you will need a custom JQL function. if you have script-runner please visit this Remote Issue Links page

@Fernanda de Souza Thaumaturgo I recommend to use Automation for Jira Lite by adding automation rule - when issue is created - if JQL result passed (custom field value = {Data}) - Add watcher

This article about "Assigning people and due dates to specific checklist items" will be more helpful

@Daniel Upton I recommend to visit this solution it works with parent/child relations.
-
@Juan Dela Cruz I think you forget to install JIRA Mobile App plugin
-
@Emily Valbonesi as far i know , Due date is related to the card not to the task. you need to mark the each of your team task as "complete". if any body update the status of the Card/Task it will be displayed for every team members assigned to the board.

@Harry Huang Sorry for the confusion, in your case endCal = system.currentTimeMillis() startCal = issue.created.getTime() regards,
-
@Harry Huang please ignore the console error and use the following code as you need to call the method to get the value . def startcalTime = System.currentTimeMillis() def endCal = issue.created.getTime() def nonWorkingDays = countNonWorkingDays(startcalTime, endCal) def haveBeenCreatedTime = System.currentTimeMillis() -…
-
@Megha Dutta which directory type you are using (LDAP/Crowd)? Regards,
-
@Harry Huang You need to use a another method to calculate the the non-working days between your start/end date then deduct the return value from "haveBeenCreatedTime" in your case startcalTime = System.currentTimeMillis() , endCal = issue.created.getTime() def countNonWorkingDays(def startcalTime, def endCal) { Calendar…

@Omprakash Thamsetty Try to update this line : def TTSpent = issue.timeSpent?: "0" with: def TTSpent = issue?.timeSpent?: "0" Note : Your return null object, in this case you are not checking the timeSpent value as the object itself is not exist therefore, it has no property.
