You can choose how many boards synchronize.

The only way to do it is to use the Planyway Calendar Power-Up, it allows you to see your tasks across all boards.

This isn't possible at the moment, but maybe you could use a Label called something like Overdue and add it to the cards that get completed after the due dates.

Are you sure that your team members have been added to the boards itself and not just to the general Team? There are only 2 kinds of permissions for board members and they both include edit cards. Yes, you should ask the colleague who left to make you the admin of the board or to remove the board from the team. I know it isn't easy, but I'm afraid it's the only way.

In order to remove a board from a team, you should have Admin permission. I would suggest asking the current admin to change your status, so you can control the board.

Unfortunately, there is no way to merge multiple checklists other than manually copying and pasting the tasks. One thing you could do is to select the text of your entire checklist and then pasting it in the new one. I usually paste it on a txt note first to "clean" it a little bit before moving it to Trello.

I'm sorry, but there is no way to edit in bulk cards at the moment. You can still automate some housekeeping tasks using Butler though.

Hi! I think you have to manually invite team members to your board since when you create a new Team Board you can see that the second option is to make it visible to team members but they need to be added in order to edit it. Hope it helps!
