@Candy : some Cloud instances also have mycompany.jira.com To see if you truly are on Server, login to Jira and choose the dashboard menu, then you will see the version of your Jira in the footer of the page! Cloud instances do not have this versioning! Example of versioning on Server:

@Nicholas Olsen : So to summarise, whilst the member does click the sent link, it doesn't verify and thus they cannot join the board? I've heard of members being able to access a board and then not have editing rights, but that's just being forgetful on the settings side - this is a new one to me. Sounds like you've been…

@Preethi Srinivasan No limit and no, not treated as separate comment by itself. 100 lines of comment is just 1 comment. Important question back to you would be why you need comments in Jira of 100 lines.... ? Surely no one on the team will read that... or? Sounds like Wiki work that should be in Confluence and then linked…
-
@Candy : Are you trying to copy the board within the existing project? Or are you trying to copy the board to a new project? Are you on Cloud, Server or Data Centre? Are you now trying to remove the sync?
-
@Monique vdB : this is TOO much wow for me to handle. That is hands down the best T-Shirt in the UNIVERSE! It suits you well and it is thoroughly deserved too!
-
@Jodi LeBlanc : I try not to set the bar too high, but the GIFS should be EPIC! If I can't find any good ones online... I'll just make my OWN ! ! ! ! 🤪👍🍻
-
Thanks Ladies ! ! :oD
-
@Jodi LeBlanc : Hahaha, GREAT to hear. Brings a smile to my face and PUMPS me up! You are most welcome. 😍🤗🙏
-
OH EM GEE!! This is the most adorable badge EVER ! ! I am definitely a massive admirer of Taco (especially thanks to the inspirational leadership of Trello Queen @Jodi LeBlanc !)... but a friend? Looks like I've got some Community'ing to do!
-
@Jodi LeBlanc : Yes ma'am! I will not forget. I am totally ready to rock my new role!! You're welcome! You are quite the skilled penwoman... a couple of your blogs are in that archive! 😎🌟👍
-
@Jodi LeBlanc : It's in the Ideas Pipeline! Doing a Trello event one time instead of the regular ACE is definitely doable!!
-
@Jodi LeBlanc : it is soooo tempting. If i do 50% less AUG events (ACE's) then I would have time for Trello Events ! ! Having enough time is always a challenge!
-
Welcome @Corinne Dent . I loooooove getting visual. Always happy to put in a Screenshot!
-
@[deleted] : Awesome answers ! Thank you sooooo much. If it works out you are always welcome in Rotterdam to give a talk at our AUG. For my lesson learnt question --> YES! It made perfect sense. THANK YOU !
-
Last tip from me.... really make use of the Saved Reports function... especially when it comes to having to review Tempo work logs on the daily !
-
Totally epic. The book is high in my Bucket List of reads....! And the website is great; the only non-Atlassian website saved as a favourite in my Atlassian favourites tab 🤩😎👍 @Rachel Wright : your fan club is assembling.... ! ! 😍💝
-
YES PLEASE ! ! :oD

6. The Atlassian landscape is changing... more DC's.... more Cloud.... quite some migration from Sever/DC to Cloud. Will this impact your success? Have you had to take any severe measures to mitigate risks?? (That is all... for now 😵)
-
5. Building a successful app is tough! What is the number one lesson you would love to share with enthusiastic new Vendors that want to follow in your footsteps!?
-
4. I know nothing about Lizard Brain... tell me more ! ! Is it just you, or are you an organisation, how many apps in total, link to your Vendor page on Marketplace, etc. etc. ! (Want to come to Rotterdam to give a talk at an Atlassian Community Event!?!?)
-
3. Do you use JIRA SD for support? (Trick question! Of course you do... right??)
-
2. What percentage of your time/focus/energy is spent on Support?
-
@[deleted] : Amazing story! I love reading about success stories of Atlassian Vendors! Here's my questions: (I listed them 1 for 1 so they're easier to answer/follow...) 1. At what point in the Product Life Cycle of your App, did you realise you had to stop it as a side-project and take it on full-time?
-
Hahaha....! Nice one @LarryBrock ! 😎👍
-
@Jodi LeBlanc : you know what... forget a visit... I might just MOVE to PEI now...... !! Love the A Blank Page article. It's gone into the "Epic Blogs" archive for future reference ! ! :D
-
Wow... this blog is fast becoming one of the greatest knowledge shares of allllll time ! ! A second tip I would like to add is another simple one that is damn useful, especially when the back-log is built up for the first time and looooooads is going on: Version & Epic assignment on Back-Log items. By first clicking on the…
