You might find the answer here. Have into account you must have Administrator permissions to do so. The answer also depends on the type of account you have, but you'll probably find the answer in the Trello help center. I hope it works!!

According to my experience, it shouldn't behave like that; maybe you copied and pasted it with some sort of old format from the old editor experience. Why don't you try to build a new page, and before pasting the information directly, try to paste it first in Notepad to be sure you're not bringing any further configuration…

I think you should discuss this with your system administrator. Otherwise, if you realize there's a lock icon at the top of each page, there you can grant permissions to specific users:
