@Ken Schreihofer @Pascal Thiel @Stefan Draber we're working at the moment on adding a new User Group trigger as well to support this use case exactly :) It should be ready in the coming weeks and we'll be posting about it once it's live!
-
@Matt Reiner _K15t_ you're a star!!! ❤️
-
@Stefan Draber that's an excellent question and idea - love it! That's not something that's currently available directly, but the main way to go about this is to use the Greater than/Less than etc as opposed to an exact value to basically deduce the relativity of it.
-
@Stefan Draber linking to the post about it here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/Automation-for-Confluence-Page-Condition-is-here/ba-p/2693935#M11795, I hope this helps answer those questions!
-
@Stefan Draber the new Page condition is live! :)
-
@Stefan Draber a more robust page condition just for this purpose is in the works as we speak.... will keep you posted as soon as it's available :)
-
@Andrew Zimmerman {Appfire} that's our plan and on our roadmap to add!
-
@Rimantas Andrulevičius that's the plan down the road!
-
@Sylvain Ménard this is coming soon and will be available as a filter and bulk action within the Content Manager, so stay tuned!
-
@Dan W sorry to hear that! If you're having technical issues, please head to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and select "technical support" to submit a request. Once you submit the request, we'll be on the lookout for it. Thanks!
-
@creedy we don't support smart values for users to dynamically place in the TO field just yet, but we've added it to our backlog as that's a great suggestion!
-
@[deleted] that's actually already live! if you go to Content Manager and filter out by inactive page owners, and select pages, you'll see the bulk change owner action! :)
-
@Bri absolutely yes!! now that we've introduced Verified Status you'll start to see it appear on multiple surfaces across Confluence, including Search, Content Manager, Automation, and so much more...
-
@[deleted] the Content Manager supports all content types! Please confirm this is the case on your end. thanks!
-
Hey all! Short answer is - YES - we're planning on expanding to more analytics support (coming soon...) And also, we know our notifications aren't great in digesting and we have future plans of consolidation there too.
-
@[deleted] Verified status has been added as part of the default set of content statuses in each space. Correct, anyone who is a page owner or admin can add or remove verified to a page. Only space admins an up can change the space content statuses though in space settings. Hope this helps!
-
@Filip Callewaert if you're still having technical issues, please head to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and select "technical support" to submit a request. Once you submit the request, we'll be on the lookout for it. Thanks!
-
@Stefan Draber I'm so sorry to hear you don't see them! I've reached out to support and have asked them to look into it!
-
@Saneth Kumar unfortunately, there are no plans to port this to DC at the moment.
-
@Yong Yang looks like you were trying to use the AI condition where you manually enter a string you want AI to find related content too either in the page's title or body. For the Summarize Action, you'd input your smart value - in this example {{page}} and then to access your summary in other actions you would use…
-
@Maya Gardner you should have full access by now! (we did a very quick gradual rollout which completes today so it could be on Friday your site was just yet included :) ) @Susanna Babayan That's not yet something we support in the Content Manager, however, you can do that today through Automation for Confluence for example…
-
@Sonya Spangelo do you already have AI enabled for your site?
-
@Sean Braganza not just yet through smart values which is what we leverage in automation to inject them. This still requires some larger changes to be made to be supported but will keep you posted as soon as that's closer to becoming a reality!
-
Thank you @Filip Callewaert @Andy Gladstone @Heather Blue for the quick comments and honesty here! I have a quick follow up for y'all, and everyone else who can answer of course - on a scale of 1-10 (1 being lowest and 10 being highest): * How important is Confluence Questions for you? * How satisfied are you with…

@Dan Tombs @Alex Young apologies for replying in such a delay - I must have missed these in my notifications :) I don't disagree with you! In full transparency, when we set out to add this the original approach was to include this in the existing branch, however, the more we looked into it we noticed that it would…

@Matt Reiner _K15t_ :)
-
@Matt Reiner _K15t_ in case you missed this update 😀
-
LOVE this @Matt Reiner _K15t_ and team!!! ❤️
-
@Matt Reiner _K15t_ that's excellent feedback! We're going to continue to iterate on this so we'll definitely have that in mind. We were also thinking of having the menu show a different visual icon for each action to help with the distinction your talking about.
