  • @Kristijan Luburic [venITure] The admins on accounts with Advanced Roadmaps (formerly Portfolio) should have received emails on 3/30 and 5/13 (US time) with details about an extended Premium trial. Also, I can see you may be an Atlassian partner? There's a page in our partner portal with all relevant details for partners.
  • Hi @Eoghan MurphyThanks for the feedback. As we mentioned to you previously in some of the other community posts, we hear you, we're taking that feedback to heart, but there aren't any changes planned at this time.
  • @Dmitry Astapkovich _Colined_ If you want to start a brand new site, you would click the blue link below the "your site" field that says "Start a new site." If you want to start a trial for one of your existing sites you would need to go into your settings and click billing → manage subscriptions → change plans. When you…

  • @Marcus Presser Yes we will share out a recording of the webinar soon. Thanks for joining!
  • @[deleted] That's exactly right. If you're a Jira Software Premium customer, you'll no longer be charged for Portfolio for Jira Cloud.
  • @Alisson Santos Any Jira Software Cloud Standard customer can test out Advanced Roadmaps (as part of Jira Software Premium) 1 month for free. When you click to upgrade your plan, you're starting a free trial that you can opt out of at any point throughout the course of the trial.
  • @Fritz Brand Sorry if we didn’t live up to your expectations here. One thing I wanted to address is that we’ll be fixing the issue you mentioned so no one will ever accidentally delete a Jira project again. We’ll be introducing a 'project trash can' very soon, available to all Jira customers, so any project you delete will…

  • @Drew_Heasman That's right that we have basic roadmaps available in next-gen projects today. One thing to clarify is basic roadmaps is not available yet on classic projects (it's coming soon). • We've just introduced a new Jira Software roadmaps solution today: Advanced Roadmaps. We've taken the best of our product formerly known as Portfolio for Jira Cloud and gave it a major refresh. Here's the announcement post for folks that want to learn more.
  • @Curtis VanderGriendt Thanks for the feedback. And sorry we haven't met your expectations on this one. We'll be considering this feedback as we make future prioritization decisions.
  • @[deleted] Are you a Portfolio for Jira Cloud customer (now Advanced Roadmaps)? Currently only existing Portfolio for Jira Cloud customers have access to this change and it will become available to all customers very soon via Jira Software Cloud Premium.
  • @Nishant Kumar @Sean Canton Currently Advanced Roadmaps only supports classic projects, although we are looking at how we can support next-gen projects in the future.
  • @Krista Parker The basic roadmap for classic projects will come in a couple months (we can't comment on the exact date) so it will not correspond with the release of Advanced Roadmaps which is just around the corner. @Eoghan Murphy @Sunitha Thanks for sharing your feedback. Just like Portfolio, you will have to pay for all…
  • @Elvin Badalov I just tried on my side and it seems like it's working. Can you refresh and try again? If it doesn't work, can you email me a screenshot at jfrank@atlassian.com? Thank you
  • @Elvin Badalov Yes that's correct. Join us on this webinar if you want a demo of everything and we'll be answering live q&a as well.
  • Hi @Elvin Badalov You're correct that currently the basic roadmap is only available on next-gen projects. We have that same roadmap coming to classic projects in the next couple months (although we can't comment on the exact date when that will come).
  • @Mikko BaduaThanks for the feedback and sorry for any confusion. One thing to clarify is that classic projects is not a legacy project type.
