Hello, Are you sure that those two issues have P15583345 with spaces before and after the word?
-
Hello, What do you mean by "creating a backlog"?
-
Use this rest api method to get the user under whom you connected https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/?utm_source=%2Fcloud%2Fjira%2Fplatform%2Frest%2F&utm_medium=302#api-rest-api-3-myself-get

Hello, Go to the issue where you want to see the Story Point field and use Admin -> Where is my field option.
-
Hello, On Cloud this option is available only for the old issue view.
-
Hello, You need to use the API token instead of the password. https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/api-tokens-938839638.html

I think you would need to develop a program using Jira Rest Api. First get the value of the field for the required issue: https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/7.6.1/?&_ga=2.146847351.1131713726.1561299576-1149622764.1547637396#api/2/issue-getIssue and then use the notify rest method to send a email.

Hello, You would need an app like Power Scripts, ScriptRunner or Automation for Jira. If you you want to use the Power Scripts app, then you could create a post function for the Done transition with a code like this: key,"Blocks"); for (string k in keys) { %k%.#{Field Name to Copy} = #{Field Name to Copy}; }string [] keys…
-
Hello, I believe that you mapped two statuses to the Done column. If you need just one status, then map only one status to the column. You can change the mapping in Board settings -> Columns
-
It depends on the apps. For most apps you will loose data. You should read the docs for each app on how to migrate this app. Some apps can be migrated, some can be migrated partially and some can not be migrated at all.
-
Hello, Another way would be to export both Jira Clouds to two Jira Servers and then user either Configuration Manager or Project Configurator to merge these two Jira instances. Then load the backup to a Jira Cloud.
-
Which API?
-
Hello, It is not possible to count by working days. You would need to develop your own JQL function or search for an app with such a JQL function. I am not aware about such apps, but I believe such apps must be available.
-
Hello, You would need a scripting app for it. You could use such appss as Power Scripts, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira. All apps are different in API, that is why I can not give examples for all plugins. But if you have the Power Scripts add-on, then your code would look like this:…

Hello, Here is an example for Okta: https://saml-doc.okta.com/SAML_Docs/How-to-Configure-SAML-2.0-for-Atlassian-Cloud.html
-
by project import do you mean System->Import project? If so, then I doubt it will work at all.
-
Hello, If you are on Jira Server, then you would need an app for it like Power Scripts or ScriptRunner. In Power Scripts you should use Live fields. In ScriptRunner you should use Behaviours. If you are on Jira Cloud, then it is not possible.
-
If you did not take a backup before moving, then you can not have the backup. If you do bulk changes in Jira, it is always a good thing to take a backup before it.

This rest api is for Cloud. For server it would be like this: curl -u user:password -H<span> </span>"Content-Type:application/json" -d<span> </span>'{"visibility":{"type":"role","value":"Service Desk Team"},"body":"This request was closed."}' -X PUT https://url.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/issue/1943/comment/217
-
Hello, If you import issues by a csv file, then internal comments will become public. You need to use Jira Rest API to make comments internal: curl -u user:apikey -H "Content-Type:application/json" -d '{"visibility":{"type":"role","value":"Service Desk Team"},"body":{"type":"doc","version":1,…

Hello, You should have read the guide for migrating next-gen to classic. It is written there that: * Active sprints: Sprints in progress in your classic project won't move to your next-gen project. Issues that were in the active sprint in your classic project will be in the backlog of your next-gen project. * Epic links…

-
You are still not authenticated. Also the correct api for cloud is: /rest/api/3/search
-
You still use basic auth, but instead of the password, set the api token
-
I am not sure what to elaborate. I gave you a link how you can generate an api token. Then use this token instead of your password

Hello, If you want to use the Impact field together with Priority, then you can not choose the Priority field and priority schemes. It is not possible to add an icon to the out of the box single choice. You would need to find a plugin with a custom field, which would let you add icons.
-
You can not have a Roadmap in a classic project out of the box. You would need to use a plugin like Structure Gant or Big Picture
-
Hello, Roadmaps are available on on Cloud and only in next-gen projects.
