Hello, Go to our Profile and disable the Lab feature.

Hello, If you are on Server, I would look into the atlassian-jira.log file for the detailed error message. If you are on Cloud, I would open a ticket to Atlassian support: getsupport.attlassian.com
-
Hello, Go to System -> Project Roles. Choose the required role and click the Edit Default Members option.
-
Hello, The strikethrough is appearing only if you set the Resolution field. It means that your completed issues do not have resolution.
-
Hello, The field required validator is not present in Jira Server by default. If you had it, it means you had some kind of an add-on. You would need to install this add-on.
-
Hello, I think you would need an add-on for it like Power Scripts, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, MyGroovy, Groovioly, JWME and so on.
-
Hello, You can install both these products. First install either Jira Software or Jira Service desk from a url here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-desk/download Then if you first installed Jira Software, then install Service Desk as application from here:…
-
Hello, You would need an app for it like Power Custom Fields Premium or ScriptRunner. If you want to use the Power Custom Fields Premium app, you could create a single select custom field with a code like this: return {"group1", "group2"};

Hello, I would create a Kanban poject. You can use the Kanban board as queues. Then you add required issue types, workflows and so on.
-
Hello, You need to go to project settings -> Screens, find the Create screen for the Epic issue type and and add the Story Point field.
-
Agreed with @Jack Brickey )))
-
Hello, There is no way to set schemes to standard, if you changed the schemes except manually. You can have a look at the same schemes in another instance and manually adjust the schemes in your instance. I think it is a good practice not to change default schemes and create your own ones.
-
Hello, If you talk about the Roadmap feature in next-gen projects, then it can not be configured the way you want. But you can use a plugin like Big Picture.
-
Hello, There is not configuration like this. You could do it with JavaScript though: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/How-do-i-set-the-default-JIRA-comment-tab-to-quot-Internal/qaq-p/861142 But If I were the Admin of your Jira instance, I would refuse to embed JavaScript.

Cloud you change your URL to this one https://15sof1.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/....... (etc)

Hello, You can not group by in a filter. You would need to find a dashboard or a report, which groups issues.
-
Hello, If your license expired before the fix was released, then you need to renew your license.

-
Hello, It would be like this: project in ("A", "B") or (project = "C" and labels in ("X"))
-
Hello, You are going the wrong way. You should write your code so that it could take the correct custom field id in each instance.
-
Hello, If all your workflows are different, then you need to add this validator to each workflow.
-
Hello, It means that your project is not a next-gen project. Next-gen projects are available only on Cloud.
