It is still there if you are on Jira Server/Data center
-
Hello, You need to analyze the history of the issue and to see, when the sprint field was assigned the sprint value, which you need.
-
Hello, Make sure that the Epic issue type uses a separate workflow from other issue types. Add jira.permission.work.denied to all statuses properties in the workflow for Epics.
-
Hello, You can not filter issue on history log. You can use an add-on to develop your own JQL function like Power Scripts or Scriptrunner. If you want to use the Power Scripts add-on, you can read this documentation: https://confluence.cprime.io/display/JJUPIN/JQL+Support
-
Hello, How do you select issues? What do you use? Is it rest api? If so, which rest api method do you use?
-
Hello, There is not filter like this.
-
Threads are not available for Jira Cloud out of the box and I am not aware of any app.
-
I am not sure. It means that the issues do not exist.
-
Hello, You would need to give more info. Are you on Cloud or Server? what kind of project do you have: next-gen or classic?
-
Hello, Here it is:
-
Hello, You can use threads in comments only for Jira Server and it can be done only with additional app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212145/threaded-comments-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview
-
Hello, I believe that you would need an app for it. It could be done with such add-ons as Power Scripts or ScriptRunner. If you want to use the Power Scripts add-on, you can create your own mail handler with your custom logic: https://confluence.cprime.io/display/JJUPIN/Mail+Handler You can send a email inside this mail…
-
Hello, I would begin with this KB https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracore/blog/2015/07/search-jira-like-a-boss-with-jql I am not sure what you mean by definitions. Jira does not have hierarchies, Jira has links. You can see links in Issues -> Issue linking and you must be Jira administrator.
-
Hello, Make sure that this workflow is published and that this workflow is attached to the issue type you are viewing.
-
Hello, You can not do it out of the box. You would need to divide this story in multiple stories. Or use subtasks.
-
Hello, It is not possible. The Roadmap feature only shows Epics.
-
It is just a way to let Jira know that you want to use the in build functionality with the Rank field
-
I understand what you mean, but my point is that it really does not matter. If you make JQL query like order by Rank in the Issue Navigator, you will not get the same result as in the board.
-
It does not really matter as long as Jira correctly shows you the result. And rank is not a number, it looks like this 0|i0005z:. Rank is not supposed to set manually.
-
It means that your project is not a Service Desk project. You should create a Service Desk project
-
Hello, Just create two SLAs and you will have to SLAs
-
I have not done migration from the versions you have. I believe you should try it. But I think it should be ok
-
Because you use a custom filter. If you want to use the drag and drop then do not change the order by rank clause.
-
If you want to export the whole space with all attachments, link and pages, then read the KB articles I gave you. Basically you need to go to Space Tools -> Content tools -> Export. Choose Full export xml.
-
Hello, If you use the Rank field, you rank your issues yourself. You use the drag and drop to rank issues. Drag higher and the issue will have a higher priority than all lower cards.
-
If you want to migrate a single page, then it is simpler to do it manually
-
Hello, Export to XML the full space and then import the export. Kindly read this KB on how to export a space: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/export-content-to-word-pdf-html-and-xml-139475.html In this KB you can find how to import the space:…

Hello, I am not sure what you mean by looking in the database. You tagged your question as Jira Cloud. You do not have access to the database in Cloud. But I would check if your user has the browse issue permission for this project. Also try to use the Permission Helper (System Permission helper).
-
You are most welcome!
-
If you click uninstall, you will uninstall only Jira Software. Jira core will stay.
