Hello, I moved it out of spam. Everyone should see it now.
-
We are a great team!!! Congratulations to everyone, who is in the list and who is not there yet!
-
Hello, You should use the Time Tracking panel to sum up sub task work to the parent level: If you provide a value for the Original Estimate field (add Timetracking field to screens), you will se the panel in view issue screen.
-
Hello, There is no default password in Cloud and Conflunce Administrator also can not set a password. If the users have a google.com email, they can use google authentication, if not, they should use the forgot password link to set their password.
-
I believe so
-
Hello, If you have a Classic Project, go to project settings -> notifications and remove all users from the Issue Created event. If you do not have the notifications menu option in project settings, then it means you have a next-gen project and you can not disable notifications.
-
Hello, Find all objects with ao_54307e and delete them. You can find more info here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/How-to-clean-irrelative-ActiveObjects-data-in-Jira-backup/ba-p/875608

Hello, It is not possible out of the box and I do not know any app, which would show you this info.
-
Hello, It is not possible with classic boards as well. Subtasks are not visible in the backlog and if you move an issue to a sprint, then all subtasks of the issue are moved to the same sprint.
-
Hello, You can not accomplish it without an app. You would need an app like Power Scripts, Scriptrunner, Automation for Jira. If you want to use the Power Scripts app then you can write a post function like this; if ("xyz" in components and reporter = "jane.smith") { assignee = "john.doe"; }
-
Hello, If you are Jira administrator, then use the Notification Helper (Jira settings -> System -> Notification helper). If you are not Jira admin, please, ask your Jira admin.
-
Hello, You can create a page blueprint. Kindly read this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/blueprints-323982376.html
-
Hello, You can merge two releases in one:
-
Hello, Go to project settings -> Features and disable Sprints and Backlog
-
Hello, You can not do it out of the box. You would need an app like Power Custom Fields or ScriptRunner. If you want to use the Power Custom Field app, you could create your own custom field with a code like this: return getLastComment(key).created;
-
Hello, By default comments are visible to all users. You should customize it.
-
Hello, Go to the project settings and check that you have the Create Issues permission for the project. If you are a Jira administrator, you still need to have the create issues permission to create issues.
-
Hello, If the filter for a board chooses the same issues for all boards, then if you add such an issue to a sprint on one board, the sprint will be visible on all boards, which select the same issue. Otherwise it is not possible.
-
@Sash I am a Jira user like you. I do not know anyone on the Next project team. I think the only way is to wait for an Atlassian, to come across this question and answer it.
-
It is a kanban board. Choose a scrum board
-
Hello, You can have only 3 levels of hierarchy: Epic -> Task -> Subtask. You can read it here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Where-Can-I-Add-a-New-Sprint/qaq-p/1143057#U1143089
-
Hello, Could make a screenshot where you expect to see the Active Sprint and Backlog option?
-
Hello, You can try trello boards: https://trello.com/ Jira can not be for free.
-
I also do not have the arrows. I am not sure how to get a similair picture.
-
Hello, You can not see in the history, who created the ticket. You can see only changes.
-
Hello, That is correct. You can install this backup to a Confluence Server, not Cloud. To Cloud you can restore only space by space.
-
Hello, You are correct. Make sure that your user has the Browse Users and Groups global permission. It can be checked only by Jira admins: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/managing-global-permissions-776636359.html
-
Hello, I believe that there is not way to change it. It must be changed by Atlassian and I think it will be changed, so that the view in Jira Cloud would be consistent.
-
I do not quite understand what you mean by extendible arrows.
