You could try reverting the changes in the config files and see if you can restart Jira and Confluence. If that works, I suspect a bad file edit. If it doesn't work then you can start debugging the real problem

Searching on "jql tips" gives some good ones.

I'm more of an espresso kind of person, so small cups on saucers are my favourite. Course, it's little paper cups at the moment.

I don't see a clone button either

Check your admin hasn't disabled the mobile app plugin module inside Jira? If it works in Safari then its not a VPN connection thing
-
Well if you have access to the Jira database you can search for Behaviours that use specific classes such as ComponentManager with SQL such as select propertyvalue from propertyentry join propertytext on propertyentry.id = propertytext.id where property_key like "%Behaviour%" and propertyvalue like "%ComponentManager%";…

By ID do you mean the issue key, e.g. TEST-123. That changes when an issue is moved to another project. There is also an issue id that is the unchanging id in the jiraissue DB table

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Checking-Plugin-Usage-in-Post-Functions-and-Custom-Fields/ba-p/1377703 is a good place to start

In the Issue Navigator, click on Columns, choose Epic Name, then click on Epic Name to sort by that field https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/searching-for-issues-939938681.html

The lowest levels of Atlassian licenses have no support except this community. There are some Atlassians who hang out here, but for the most part we're helpful customers and Atlassian partners. Interestingly, Wikipedia is mostly written by a small number of helpful people I believe.

Looks interesting. Is there an RSS feed for all the Recommended posts?

What is the problem with the activity stream xml?

I believe that the Jira Cloud instances run by Atlassian have a separate code base from the Jira Server and Data Center products. So you can run Jira Server code on your own cloud server, but that doesn't make it work like Jira Cloud
-
I don't think that this is possible https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/translating-resolutions-priorities-statuses-and-issue-types-938847111.html is about changing the name of the status, but not the field name itself

We wrestle with this as well. We considered using Kanban board for the many, similar-sized pieces of work and a Scrum board for the other planned work. At the moment we are considering having a tracking task each sprint that is linked to all the small pieces of work.

One fairly common cause of issues having a status category of Done but not having a resolution is when people do a Move, or Bulk Move, and change the status to Closed, for example, but forget to also set a resolution. Somehow this is not caught by the Move code in Jira. To fix resolutions I generally use ScriptRunner's…
-
And many edits happen using the inline edit I think. not the Edit button
-
I keep saved filters that show issues that are Closed but have no Resolution value set. And issues that are Open with a Resolution value still set. That points me towards the broken workflows. Though sometimes people Move an issue and change the status to Closed without setting a Resolution :(

Too right. Using js in the ann ban doesn't change the colors in Jira Portfolio, Roadmaps

Yes, there are a few. 1. No commute. I don't miss the SF Bay Area roads at all. 2. Regular lunch with our older children, and our children being old enough to do things without us. 3. I'm thankful that we lost people while we could still mourn together. Grim, but true.

This is the documents about Atlassian compliance with certain standards I believe, not user certificates?
-
We've just approved use of the Jira and Confluence mobile apps for our company, but we're not on Cloud

Sorting by the Epic Link field in the data might help group them into Epics and their child issues

My favourite swag is my Atlassian Timbuk2 messenger bag, still going strong since 2009 and the first Atlas Camp (developer conference). It's survived numerous Summits and daily work use back when I had a commute.

Looks like a bug to me https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-70702

What about migration to Azure?

But that is server not cloud

I see some data can be exported https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfolioserver/exporting-reports-to-csv-829825445.html

This should be possible now that boards are associated with a specific project, Atlassian
