Hi @Prasanna Bableshwar, thanks for your comment. Microsoft Booking or even a Shared Calendar could definitely help for a simple booking system. But it may be too limited if someone has to setup an approval process or advanced conflict management.

Hi @Gabriella Szeltner @Trudy P Claspill is correct. Like all Jira Apps, the number of users should correspond to the number of users of your Jira instance. You have a free trial if you want to test it on your current Jira instance, or you can also create your own 10-user Jira instance for free. Cheers, David

Hi @Anton Prokopenko Good question! Unfortunately there is a limitation of 3 year max with Jira Roadmap. Jonas T. had the exact same question a few months ago and I recorded this short video to show how Time Squad can overcome this limit. Hope it helps, happy to discuss if you need more info about it.
