your screen says: gave 10 kudos this one must be >2 month old, because system was changed and every spent to a user is 100 kudos looks strange

fill every field just use http://. to leave it not empty, this worked for me

the number of kudos that are given to each person is indicated here before open beta, we could select 1 user and in another field add the number, this was removed. now, each spent is 100 kudos. if you want to give 200, you have to do this twice.

the access august is running 28 days, so it will not be on the list but the atlympics is running only 5 days, so it shoud be on the list also the dailys like no question left behind should be on the list

I don't know if it is possible to edit the mail templates in cloud But you can use the addon automation, to send an additional mail during issue creation. There you can configure mail header and text and mail assignee
