then you can resolve or delete the issues. but new issues will not begin with ID1, they will use the next free one. or, if you dont mind some old data in the issue history, you can delete all text and stuff from your existing issues and rename them, when you need a new one.

which browser do you use? - IE is slow, try Edge or chrome how big is the attachment size? is the attachment stored local or on a Network drive when you try to drag and drop it into jira do you use anti Virus software which ccans the file when you try to move it?

I used this method to disable time logging in the parent Task. It should also work for subtasks https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-restrict-log-work-on-a-specific-status-834225982.html You have to edit all Workflows and disable logging in every Status of every subtaks workflow.

Install the power query addon in ecxel then, as in my link above,: -> Power Query ribbon, go to the section Get External Data, click on From File and then navigate to From Folder You Need access to the jira-addon folder
