in the global tab, there are all users or only non leaders?

I jira server, there is a separate app section in which you can install new apps and see the installed ones. Think it also exists in cloud. can you install it manual?

@Brant Schroeder then the badge description needs to be adapted. But my trophy case goes back to nov14 and I got +5 more likes since then to earn it a second time.

I think you can do this with an addon like automation for jira create a rule thats sends a mail to the assignee when an issue with status closed with the trigger issue commented.

do you use the filter column in your issue search?

I think you have to change this in your Mail Program and not in jira. If it it a company mail, your IT should change it in the LDAP user profile.
