if the table is the issue search, you must search for tasks + subtask issue type if the table is the kanban board, you can configure the board filter to also show subtasks

@David Wuth @Monique vdB I just saw that the red marked badges on top sometimes show up immediately when you achieve them. Sometimes after 2-3 minutes. The green marked ones in the tracker show up with some delay of 2-5 minutes.

I would say that they don't have the kudos menu and so they cant see that you give kudos to them. Also I would report it as a bug, that you can give kudos to non-group members
