@Suma Pralhad Kustagi Could you please show the error you are getting by sharing the log file in <jira-home-dir>/log/atlassian-jira.log Kind regards, Moses
-
@Leo This solution perfectly works in my case, i thought i could share, the java.io.FileWriter library was just hard to find, but i found it. import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor import com.atlassian.jira.bc.issue.search.SearchService import com.atlassian.jira.jql.parser.JqlQueryParser import…

* @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- Yes I meant to type if they are both separate apps running on different ports since we can also install both apps in this way too. But thanks for pointing that out my mistake. Well @Austin Smith to be clear is Jira software accessible or you just can't access projects ?
-
@Austin Smith If They are both separate applications running on different ports on the server, if you are not able to access JIRA software , check the process on the server and make sure that JIRA software is running. Kind regards, Moses.
-
@Dorothy Ko If you un-install the apps certainly they will not be available for all users. be sure that you know the apps/plugins not used before removing them. Kind regards, Moses
-
@Leo Thanks for the reply, This is not solution in my case , i don't need to map lists / linked hash set. I just need to write to csv file of some out put, but i found another way and i need to test it on the server and i will give feed back once it worked. Kind regards, Moses

@Hugo Borges I think it is best to contact Xray support team to guide you whether or not issue is from their side Xray support team Kind regards, Moses
-
@Monique vdB thanks it worked, I was able to apply :)
-
@Monique vdB I cannot apply for the Atlassian Community Leader what is happening ? is Atlassian restricting user from applying ? i have spend my time to fill in the form. when i click submit contact it is not click-able interesting Please could you check with developers or this is intentional? Kind regards, Moses
-
@Виктория In your code you are not checking the projects, before restricting it to the customer role. Try this. if (issueContext.projectObject.name == 'A' || issueContext.projectObject.name == 'B') { !projectRoleManager.isUserInProjectRole(currentUser,CustProjectRole,issue.getProjectObject()) } Kind regards, Moses
-
@Nicolas MillasseauGreat to hear :) and your feedback is appreciated!

-
@Marcel Kleinlütke Just go to JIRA admin button > Applications > Application access and un-check jira-administrators group from default Kind regards, Moses
-
@Виктория For sure you can do it with the Behaviors from the script runner plugin please see similar question here with sample code, if you have problem you can paste your code here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Hide-Issue-Types-from-Jira-Create-Issue-Screen/qaq-p/977924 Kind regards, Moses.

@Munish Saini Yes i meant atlassian-confluence.log, show this file
-
@Munish Saini All installation must have a home directory. look for the file /<jira_home_dir>/log/atlassian-confluence.log
-
@Vu Tran Most likely you are missing the font package. If you are using Linux like OS See the how to do it here Jira Server 7.13 or later fails with FontConfiguration error when installing on Linux operating systems Kind regards, Moses
-
@Munish Saini There could be several reasons, could you please provide logs info in the <jira_home_dir>/log we could get some information there.

@Alternative Technology Please provide the logs in /<JIRA_HOME_DIR>/log/ so that we can see what is really going on. Best regards, Moses

@Ethan Trewhitt @Hugues Gelszinnis I Completely agree, it was annoying and still annoying that i could not even view all boards. This one should not be based on filters "as JIRA admin(s) we should have access to all boards regardless of accesses to filters
