@Cynthia BernauerYour query is correct but do you have the script runner plug-in? if yes then do you also have the permission to view issues in this project ? if you don't have any of these then you need to have the script runner plugin, browse permission in this project you are executing this query for. Best!
-
@Cynthia BernauerYou have a whole trend of exactly the same question here. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/jira-query-issues-with-linked-issues/qaq-p/426769 Best!

@Marynel I like this idea, i had it in mind. I have done work flow clean up of over 400 as well and in fact i doubt we have such plugin, you will have to develop this and one problem is that work flow are stored in XML format in the database, you will need to find a table that stores steps for work-flow, and its related to…

@Rob MontillaPlease see how here a trick but will do https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Can-you-delete-history-items-in-JIRA-Cloud/qaq-p/214527 Best!

@Jennifer Nusbaumthere is nothing like "Blocked" like this should work issuetype IN standardIssueTypes() AND issue in hasLinks("is blocked by") OR issuetype IN standardIssueTypes() AND issue in hasLinks("blocks") Best!

@Dusan PetrovicIf the group name is changes permission which you have given to group in a project doesn't change, if members of a group change project, then you just need to remove them from the group , create and new group and add user's who change department to this group then give the permission base on group in the…

@Jon Martin SolaasOne question are you using HTTP or HTTPS ? for your Jira instance
-
@Rob van der KaaI think your question have been answered :) accept answer so others could use. Best!
-
@Natalie White so great but you mentioned earlier in question that you cleared cache but i am pleased that issue is resolved
-
@Chris DunstallInfact this the best way i can think of, i don't see another way you can do this, you will have to create some group in AD that will allow access to JIRA, and filter this users out, when jira will search in this container. It doesn't make any sense not to create any thing in AD. i have done it this way and…

@Alex (US - Major Issues - Problems - csiSo are you saying that after adding Jira-customers group to user and user is in Crowd directory , then user appears in Jira Customers ?
-
@Ivan VelardeI think Data in "AO_60DB71_LEXORANK" table is corrupted and needs to be fixed see how to solve problem here Cannot reindex jira due to Expected exactly 2 rows the maximum marker row and the lowest ranked row for rank field Best!
-
@yu LuSorry that you are facing such issue, please could you try the resolution here Confluence does not start due to Spring Application context has not been set Best!
-
@Alex (US - Major Issues - Problems - csiSo is problem solved ?
-
@Chris DunstallIt is possible ! and how to go about it, you will should use internal LDAP with authentication and also manage group in JIRA internal directory. Important things you need to take note * Users and groups container must be created in active directory for example (DEV→GB→ user_a, user_b, user_c and so on) *…
-
@SujataThere should be a group in AD which is the same in Jira and it has been configured in the application access in Jira. so verify that users are in the group in AD but check your application access in JIRA configuration for the group that give users access to JIRA.
-
@SujataUser(s) must have groups that allow them to access Jira, please verify this.
-
@Damien FrutigerIf you go to system > system info "check base url" i think you still have localhost:8080/... , you will need to change base URL https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/configuring-the-base-url-802593107.html best!
-
@SujataIf they are recreated with same user_names, just reset password in AD and log in to Jira
-
@Alex (US - Major Issues - Problems - csiHmm This looks OK to me but after taking a look at your previous images, i see "crowd directory", i think this is the reason, In my service desk i use Jira internal directory and in yours in "crowd directory" so could be that user is coming from there, this is why you can 't find…
-
@bbauer42Try clearing browser cache firstly, and then try again , this could be as a result of corrupted browser cache. Best!
-
@Doods PereaAs it's written in documentation Jira requires only one database to run and then create all tables in database then it will populate all objects on the scheme, which you have defined, Jira will use only one( the one you have define) if you create more than one scheme in your database server, it will be there…
-
@Dipali Thombreso you will have to make a copy of the workflow, then associate it to those project that are affected.
-
@Dipali Thombreis the old one inactive ?
-
@Natalie WhiteSo it could be problem with version of chrome, try to update your web browser to latest version and see whether this helps. Best!
-
@Tansu AkdenizYou are sending link for Jira server, @Theresa DeLone you will need to click the link Tansu sent to cloud, then try to perform changes base on documentation.
-
@Dipali ThombreAs long as you have not deleted the work flow, which these four projects are using before, you can check the workflow in inactive tab on work flows window, then associate back to these previous projects.
-
@Rob van der KaaYou need to vote for this issue and wait when vote will be enormous, then atlassian might consider implementing this feature there is also plug-in for Jira server that does this . https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213028/bulk-clone-professional-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview
-
@Doods PereaWhat does it mean? the risks of have more than one scheme ? Jira does the population of all tables base on its scheme and we have lots of relationship btw tables. so what are you hoping to achieve here ?
-
@SujataYou should reset password in LDAP and then try to login to JIRA. Under the condition that your LDAP setting with Jira is Ok. it should work.
