@Florian LocqueneuxPlease read how you can configure issue security/security levels. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0710/configuring-issue-level-security-953144501.html Best regards, Moses

@Narayanan RamachandranOnce you have Jira software installed, you have a trail licence key automatically generated, to see this key you need to go to Application > Version &licenses. And information about expiry(support/maintenance). But you must be Jira administrator to navigate to Application >Version &licenses Best…

@Rebecca HareYou can recover them if you have your Jira instance back up other wise you would have to create new screen scheme to serve this purpose.
-
@Fernando López RodríguezYou need to search for user under User management then reset failed login "doing this you have cleared CAPTCHA" and the try to login with correct password if you have forgotten after first try then Just reset password and login again.
-
@Alessandro CollaIf you are system admin/ Jira admin go to System > global permission check which group is added to system/Jira admin. you will need to remove users from this group. you can do this by going to user management, search for user(s) and then remove them from the group. Best regards, Moses.
-
@Fernando López RodríguezAre you JIRA administrator ? if you are then you need to go to the Admin button > User management > search for user in the Filter users search box then under actions click Edit and then click Active check box then update. But not you also need to add user back to Jira_users group for example in…
-
@fayaz jiraNo. JIRA has it's own directory.
-
@fayaz jiraThis answer is simple if you will want to create user's from JIRA directory then user's must be present in LDAP other wise there be No syncro.
-
@Kévin NLTry with filter/ JQL or search if it works then it could be a bug using issue Key, and also try to completely clear browser cached and use other web browser other than the once you are currently using and see the out come.
-
@fayaz jiraThe opposite is the case, when you create user's in LDAP then they appear in Jira, but then you will need to do the setting correctly.

@Don DewarI suspect that some library is missing for me it worked for me using the code which i have provided in the link above. I suggest you install pycharm and then run your code with pycharm will show you message on what is missing. Then once you have run the code go to >settings > project interpreter and then click (+…
-
@Don DewarSee point 2 & 3 you have your answer there.
-
@Evan BovieI don't think this is slow in fact it is fast.
-
@Walter Martín VillalbaIt should work, may be you doing some thing wrong!
-
@nguyen.hungSo you can create a custom field with drop down list of versions , but then this field will not be the same as version(fix version/ affected version) which are system fields. and are linked to Version in JIRA.

@Noni KhutaneRunning your instance on Azure cloud does not guarantee that you cannot have network issues. In my case after i did run my instance in a good network(internet ) this problem disappeared completely. in case of performance the could be lots of reason see trouble shooting here…
-
@Foti MougosYou should try like this http://<myurl.com.au>/rest/api/content/search?cql=text~"wifi network"&limit=5&type=page I think you are missing the quotation mark double quotation mark " " see here also for some other example https://developer.atlassian.com/server/confluence/performing-text-searches-using-cql/ best…

@Ganesh BabuDiscard the draft workflow, edit workflow and try again.,but make sure you make a copy of the work to be inactive or create new one and the add the transition. Since you have issues currently using this workflow. Best regards, Moses.
-
@Simrathave you figured out how to solve this riddle. to further count the inner child pages not ?
-
I have found a plugin, terms of use plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211248/terms-of-use?hosting=server&tab=overview and we decided to use it for both Confluence & JIRA
-
@Daniel HolzYou will need to check whether some addon's are causing this issue. have you recently installed some new plugins, if yes then you may need to disable to verify whether or not they are causing this error. Best regards, Moses
-
@AKSHAY THAKAREYou will need to go to the project configuration, look for screen scheme this issue type is using, click the link and the you can also click edit screen . Add resolution field which is a system field.
-
@AKSHAY THAKAREI assume you have the screen added to workflow .The easiest way for you now is to reopen this ticket and then push it to resolve, when you reach the resolve issue transition the screen will pop up. then you can change resolution. Best!.
-
@AKSHAY THAKAREYou will need to add resolve issue screen in the resolve issue transition in the workflow. Log as admin > screens check whether you have a screen such as this usually name resolve issue screen. if you don't have it then create one and add these fields to the screen , the Go to workflow and double click on…
-
@kunal kandpalIt depends what status you have defined as re-open normally you can Just type the JQL query on search issues box if you have the re-open status for reopened issues in your workflow. status = reopen then click search for issues button. Best!
-
@kerenshoAs Jira admin you can do this in the permission scheme of the project, when you edit the scheme you can add a role under edit permission. This solution will only allow those in this role to be able to Edit issues in this project including this field on the screen. I would say it's a partial solution. Best!
-
No you can't in JIRA. Remedy is built differently and JIRA too! Best!
