@Humberto GomesI have been waiting also for this , to make this happen, you would need to Integrate JIRA server with Atlassian crowd (SSO) and currently Crowd does not support MFA * Read more here https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowd/configuring-azure-active-directory-935372375.html * Ticket request to Atlassian to…

@Ravichandra It is clear, the error you are receiving, it says you credentials is not Valid. I would verify this user: make sure that you are using the correct username and password. Also ensure that USER exist in Confluence and has the right permission to add attachment. As space administrators, space tools > permissions…

-
@Salwadi Edukondal I am afraid you cannot
-
@taisto_jbiz OK two things are ruled out :) * Now try to increase hard ware memory currently you have 8gb * Disable SELinux and AppArmor in ubuntu 18.04 (Verify that they are completely disabled. * Restart JIRA again. We shall work together and fix your issue, i understand it could be frustrating. Kind regards, Mo
-
@taisto_jbiz Basically there are no errors in the logs and i see that you are using Open JDK 11, this might be a problem with Java distribution even though Open Jdk 11 is supported i suggest you use Adopt OpenJDK 11 hotspot, i use this with JIRA 8.5.X and very stable. I have not encountered any problem after upgrade almost…

@Vladymyr Synytsyn I see that you are using the H2 database, which is embedded with the bamboo app. Bamboo is having problems with establishing a connection to this database. 1.first question, Are you restarting bamboo as root user previously? the last time it worked? If so I suggest you kill all process for bamboo, and…

@taisto_jbiz This log is not enough, could you give this log <jira-home-dir>/logs/atlassian-jira.log Kind regards, Mo
-
@Jeroen Haesen You may want to consider the plugins below for cloud, you can find them in the Atlassian market place. * Draw io * Gliffiy Best regards, Mo
-
@Shawn I suspect that these users are auto created, which allows you to integrate with Slack, Automation for jira, jira Outlook, Jira App chat applications, I suppose you can't remove them your self, but Atlassian who are managing the Jira core cloud application you can wait here for them to reply. Kind regards, Mo
-
@Liao_Zhijiang Welcome to the Atlassian community :)
-
@Shawn They have access to this project, if you don't want to see them you need to revoke access to project, ( remove users from browse project, assignable user permission) should be enough not to see them )
-
@Vladymyr Synytsyn please give also give the *bamboo.log
-
@Vladymyr Synytsyn Could you show us more information in the log file found in <bamboo-home-dir>/logs/ so that we could support ? Best regards, MO
-
@HRobbins In the project, you must add these issueTypes to issue types scheme in the project setting.

@Alan Farroll I then in the TCP\IP properties i) For IP4 changed the IP Address from 127.0.0.1 to 0.0.0.0 Don't do that! leave it at it is ( local host IP). I have questions for you. * The MS SQL sever is it on the same host as Bitbucket server ? * 1. If yes Open a command prompt Type in "telnet <IP ADDRESS OF SERVER PC>…
-
@Alan Farroll You are using MS SQL server, this file should be on the Database server, but assume this file is empty or not present. Let go back to the error, After activating TCP connection to port 1433, make sure you apply changes, restart SQL if prompted and and SQL Browser Service. After doing this , restart Bit-bucket…
-
@briangreenedev Please provide the errors in the logs , found in the <jira-home-dir>/logs/atlassian-jira.logs so that we can see the exact problem. Kind regards, Mo.
-
@Alan Farroll The error is clear * Check if your microsoft SQL server is actually up and running * Check SQL server hostname, username and password is correct * Check there's no firewall rule blocking TCP connection to port 1433 * Check the host is actually reachable * In your Database server look for what is called my.cnf…

@Jason Ferris :D :D Great, I am happy that we are able to fix this, so to be clear the syntax in the dbconfig.xml is different in 7.13.X and when you ran the config.bat , the Microsoft SQL driver was updated and this was important to be compatible with the new Jira version 7.13.x Have a nice evening!
-
@Jason Ferris the server name (can be hostname or Ip adress of the host and the DB name is the name exactly as in the database), then just remove / and try :) it should work.
-
@Jason Ferris It is clear now, it is having problem with this DB configuration. dbconfig.xml The Url in the dbconfig.xml should be like this <url>jdbc:sqlserver://dbserver:1433;databaseName=jiradb</url> In your Db config file it is like this <url>jdbc:sqlserver://servername:1433;databaseName=/JIRADB</url> Servername is the…

@Jason Ferris please show more logs, catalina.out, atlasian-jira.log C:\Program Files\Atlassian\JIRA\logs\catalina<Date>.log C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\log\atlassian-jira.log May be fire wall is blocking connection , I need these logs to see whether i could get something more
-
@Jason Ferris To be honest every thing should work fine, try to start jira again
-
@Jason Ferris This looks absolutely fine, which user are you using to start jira ? does user have permission to dbconfig.xml ?
