@Meital Yes it will, there is no other way to have the button removed and still be able to allow users to assign ticket in the View screen for a specific project. But you could limit the group/role of who can by modifying the permission scheme for a particular project (best chance)

@Gaizka If it works here then should work every where. In the configuration of Usuario could you check which group is defined ? if all users which you want them to see all assets assign to them belongs to the group. Then it should work for all users
