Hello @Hirok Sanyal ~ you would need to create separate boards for each team to be able to see velocity explicitly by each team. Adjust your board filter to include the team query qualification. If Sprints are shared across teams, they can be viewed/managed via an all-inclusive board (i.e. project = ABC order by Rank ASC).…

Hi @Michael Alexander ~ check your license key. Did you apply the developer license to that instance?

Helps me read minds (anticipate users' needs). 🦸♀️

I wish I had some! I have not had the opportunity to attend yet. Had my tickets for it in 2020, which got cancelled due to Covid. 😢

hello @Pei Xian Yeo and welcome to the Community! The default is set in the Priority Scheme but that is for all issue types. If you want to set the default for a certain issue type, you can do that with an Automation Rule.

Hi @Demi McGuire ~ Backbone syncs issues, not backlogs. Also, Epics don't typically appear in the Backlog - you view them via the Epics panel. That said, do the "missing" epics have the Backbone sync panel showing it's corresponding synced issue? That might help determine if the Epics are being synced and just not visible…

Hi @Tammy Shellenberger ~ you might want to have a look at the Questions for Confluence add-on...
-
Hi @Krithica G (EXTERNAL) ~ it depends how your users are added to that group. Are you using Crowd? Active Directory? One option that you can use directly in Confluence is to navigate to the Groups screen and click the trash icon next to the ones you want to remove…

Hi @Malisha Thapa ~ assuming your versions are sequential, the following would be the easiest and quickest: project = ABC and affectedVersion in (4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 4.10)

hello @Gor Greyan ~ I found this one to be very helpful: https://www.udemy.com/course/groovy-step-by-step-for-beginners/

Hi @Lee Berg ~ honestly, it's incredibly frustrating to have just upgraded only to learn we have to upgrade again. At least this month, we only have to upgrade JSM and not Confluence. Still....very disappointing. 😣

Hello @Rajkumar Dangi and welcome to the Community! If you use ScriptRunner, the following JQL would work: issueFunction in commented("by jdoe") Ref: https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4js/8.25.0/features/jql-functions/included-jql-functions/comments#commented

Friday before a long weekend, the weeks leading up to a much-anticipated vacation, picking my boyfriend up from the airport after a long absence, to name a few... happy Friday to those in the affected time zones, happy almost Friday to those not quite there! Cheers!

Yup ~ home before the streetlights came on! Seems like we might all be around the same age. 😆

Hello @Duane Steyn and welcome to the Community! Can you share the filter attached to your board? And can you confirm that no quick filters are selected on the board?
-
Hi @sreeja pathapelly ~ I use this: assignee in inactiveUsers()

Hello @Ray Balmeo Cagayon ~ I've done this in Data Center but haven't tried in Cloud. In Data Center, you have to first enable HTML in field descriptions (via General Configuration screen). Then using this as a guide, set your select list options accordingly.

Hello @Paul Creager and welcome to the Community! Adding to what @Joseph Chung Yin suggested, also make sure you are actually logged into the portal - that can also cause this error.

Agree with @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ ~ gotta be the Joker. Syndrome runs a close second. lol
-
@John Funk ~ this is great. lol But now that song is stuck in my head! 😄
-
Hello @Tony Tanoyo and welcome to the Community! You should be able to do that here: https://admin.atlassian.com/billing click Manage > Payment Method. HTH
-
@Joanna Mae Natial ~ I agree with the steps to achieve this as outlined by @Dexter de Vera , I would ask yourself the question of why you allow issue deletes in the first place. Unless it's already restricted to admins...

Hello @Adam Prot and welcome to the Community! I would reach out to Atlassian Support for this: https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Being tethered to the wall! It sucked.
-
@ekonomerveille ~ when you clicked the Create link button, if you chose "External application" you would see the "NON-ATLASSIAN" status, which just means that the system is using OAuth to connect whereas if you chose "Atlassian product", it would most likely show a "CONNECTED" status message. Which option did you choose…
-
Hello @ekonomerveille and welcome to the Community. This is done through Application Links. Have a look here for detailed information: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/linking-to-another-application-360677690.html

hello @Shriram jadhav and welcome to the Community! This might help: https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/Parameterized+Tests

Hello @Peter McGrath ~ in addition to @SAzaruddin.mp's answer, users can adjust their personal settings to exclude notifications to issues they make themselves. This is found in the user's individual personal settings (click your user icon in the upper right of the screen and choose Personal settings). HTH

Hi @Vincent A Cottle and welcome to the Community! Just go ahead and either create an answer and mark it accepted (or mark this answer accepted). That will effectively "close" the issue (remove it from the "Unanswered" list). HTH
