Hi Mitch - This sounds (to me) like a great opportunity to investigate Trello. Anecdotally, some "business" teams seem to favor it because of ease of adoption. I will leave the rest of the answer here to people who can make better technical recommendations than I can.... "I'm a community manager, Jim, not an engineer!".

If you're referring to this question, it's not marked solved. It's marked answered. There's a difference. :-) We aren't tracking bug status here, we're tracking question/answer status. Given that, the fact that it's answered is true. The fact that the answer leads to a bug that's still open is a matter for the bug.

I have un-spammed your post (and a couple of others that got swept up at the same time). That spam filter is going to send me to the crazy house before my time - we're taking a long, hard look at how it works. What I can tell you is that code seems to trigger it (obviously, that is... suboptimal for us). We're working on…

We use functional project areas. For instance, we have a space for online community, one for offline (AUG) community, etc. And the online community space is shared by our tech folks, the design folks, monique and I, etc. But then, most of them also have another space that they work in with the rest of their team.

We are occasionally seeing issues where groovy code is included in a post - for some reason the platform thinks they're spam and tags them as such. I've got a ticket open to see about making a change.
