Thanks! @Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_

I'm a member of Boston ACE but how do I get access to the Slack group?
-
How long are the certifications good for?
-
@Leo How would I write up a script to map it to the Issue Type field? I'm fairly new at creating scripts. TIA!
-
Thanks @Ramona Scripcaru I set this up in my instance and tested it, works good for me!
-
This is the script I have: def desc = getFieldById("description") def defaultValue = """What is the problem statement? What action that will be taken when a claim is identified? What dates of service should be pulled? Which claim statuses should be included? Which lines of business need to be included? Please describe how…

When in the process would you like the emails to be sent out? What version of Server are you using?
-
Are you on Cloud or Server? You can do this using Automation. When would you like the emails to be sent out?
-
Try combining them into one rule so after it edits the issue fields it will then do the JQL search and then edit the issue fields again.
-
@sowjanya gondi Why does the second rule need the box checked "Check to allow other rule actions to trigger this rule. Only enable this if you need this rule to execute in response to another rule."? Can you allow it just to run on it's own?
-
I'm exactly the same. Not a fan of any type of melon.
-
Under the audit log are you getting any errors or messages? Are both Automations not working or just one?
-
Are the users in your Jira Server internal or through AD?

Since the migration was already performed and live in production we cannot perform either of the above suggestions. Thank you for your assistance, it seems we will just have to map out the attachment locations from the old instance to the new instance and manually migrate them.

We have shut down Confluence and it is still not finding the cwd_user. The Driver Class: org.h2.Driver JDBC URL: jbdc:h2:~/test Is that above information correct to connect to the embedded database? That's what fills out by default. I also tried to connect using DBVisualizer following the instructions…

Would this work if I were to dump all the attachments from the original Confluence instance into a random folder in the new Confluence instance? Right now the missing attachments are not in the new Confluence's attachment folders at all.
-
I tried the GoEdit plugin and it didn't do what I was looking for. Smart Attachments seems to have the ability to add comments on the attachment, this has been the closest plugin I've found to doing what I want so far. Thanks for your suggestion!

Thanks! We had this problem in Windows, I don't understand why the screen defaulted to hide that box.
-
I'm thinking it would be a box for each of the top level hierarchy issues. So if Top is the issue type then each Top would have a box. Within the box it would have a total percentage complete for all the issues within that. It would also have a target release window (this is where Portfolio comes in handy). Then it would…

Atlassian helped answer this for us!
-
@Kihom At Did you restart your Confluence instance?
-
@Kavirajacholan Selvaraj the script worked for us to fix the links in Confluence with a Postgres DB but we were unable to find a way to fix the links in JIRA's comments or descriptions
-
No. I was able to export the classic portfolio plans, but the other ones I just had to manually re-create.
-
Hi Shannon, thanks for the update. I have since restarted Confluence from scratch and instead of doing a full site restore I imported spaces individually. I am not sure that the error logs have any relevant data anymore but I would be happy to send you the support zip if there is a way I can send it directly to Atlassian.
-
Thanks, this is helpful!
-
Do you know if there is an equivalent to doing this with Jira/Confluence Cloud?
-
Is there a way to run this for URLs listed in the description of JIRA issues where the URL has changed?
-
Thanks!
-
Thank you, we are using Jira 7.13 and the service pack information is not listed. I do see that SQL 2016 is supported but wanted to verify if any of the service packs are.

How will this affect server instances of JIRA that are accessed worldwide via a VPN, including a public instances and a private instance?
