I read a lot of Sophie Kinsella's books and they all follow a standard, predictable format. However, that's almost why I love them so much. Often times the main character gets herself into trouble because she's not listening to the people around her, she's so caught up in what she wants and what she's thinking that she…

If you are on Confluence 5.10 you should be able to just migrate from that to Cloud. Do you have any more error logs or screenshots of the errors you are seeing after the upgrade? What environment are you using?

Thanks! Registering for them now

This is a great write up and will definitely help when I'm training other admins :)

I know a handful of people who are going to love this

* What are you celebrating? Christmas and New Years! * What is your favorite traditional meal or food for this celebration? I just really like apple cider and sweets (mostly pecan pie) * What is your favorite traditional activity? We've started our own tradition of buying Dunkin's Munchkins on the Monday of Christmas week…

So you could theoretically do this with multiple JSM projects in one instance? That could be super handy
-
Are you looking to see if an individual user has 2FA enabled? If so there is no way to determine that without asking the user as it's a personal setting.

Great write up!

Can you give us some more information - are you using a plugin to do this?

Thank you to the leaders in 2021 and good luck to the leaders in 2022!

Can you check a few things: * Clear the browser history https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/clear-your-browsing-history-sfri47acf5d6/mac * Do you have any plugins enabled in Safari that you can temporarily disabled?
-
Do you know what version of Confluence Server was used?
-
Thanks!

@Md Miah There is information on this page that answers that question - https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-two-step-verification-for-your-atlassian-account/ the user will get a backup code that they need to save.

Does the quality only degrade when you are editing the page, or does it stay degraded even after the page is published?

Admins cannot disable MFA if the user has it configured. Only the user would be able to disable it.
-
What type of project are the issues moved to? If it's not a JSM project then they wouldn't be able to view the request. If it is then you may just have to add them as customers to the other project so they have access to both.

How are your portal permissions configured? Are the users who are added as a CC already customers in the portal?
-
Just got my sweater in, I love it!
-
It's my understanding that to require MFA, you need an Atlassian Access subscription - is it possible that the user has set their own account to require it? The user can go to this page https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/two-step-verification and see if they have it enabled or disabled and can control whether…

You should be able to just click on the Due Date column and it will sort it for you, or as @Fabian Lim said you could update the JQL to sort by due date.

Can you add a screenshot of the two authentication policies?

I just realized I had adblock enabled on the community so I've gone ahead and whitelisted it :)
