Can you show a screenshot of the fields that are displayed when creating an issue and the error you are seeing? There could be a required field that is not mapped to the screen.

Go to https://admin.atlassian.com and select your organization, then click on the Security link at the top. From there, do you see the Authentication Policies link on the left hand menu?

You could also configure issue security schemes - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-security-schemes/ This would only allow certain users to view the issues and the data within them, while all users can still view the project (if that's a requirement)

It's actually really hard for me to watch the same movie over and over again, but my top choices are Clue and 28 Days Later!

I had this same problem. I opened a support ticket with Atlassian and they confirmed that the data migrated fine. Atlassian might have a bug tracker for this but I haven't seen one yet.

I'm on Safari 16.4 and am not seeing this behavior, are you able to update your Safari version?
