Hi @Conillon Assessoria Rural , Welcome to the Community! Can you please check your email inboxes for old Trello or Atlassian invitations, board notifications, or billing emails to identify which account originally owned the workspaces? I’m asking for some assistance from the Atlassian team, and they may be able to help…

Hi @Drew Nell , I agree with John's answer! Also, these are some translations from Monday.com to Jira: Monday.comJira EquivalentNotesWorkspaceSpace (before it was called Project)A Monday.com Workspace is still broader and more centralized than a Jira Space in practice. Monday Workspaces often also act as: department hubs…

Hi @E S , Welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. Based on the screenshot, it appears that your access to the board or workspace has been removed, and you have already sent a request to join. In this case, the board has not been deleted. You will need to wait for a workspace administrator to approve your…

Hi @Jung eun Lee , Is the account closed of the board(s) closed? If the board is closed you should be able to reopen it from Boards-> View Closed boards If the account is closed and you're the only admin, you may need to contact Atlassian Support here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
-
Ah, ok! I've just requested help from the Atlassian Support Team.

Hi @C Sense , I don't think we can turn off 2FA without access, as it's designed this way for security reasons. Can you use this form to contact Support for help login (option: account login and email issues): https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hi @Ashley Wall , I'm sorry to hear this! For how long has the account been deleted? I'm requesting help from Atlassian Support here so they can confirm if it's possible to recover these boards.
-
Hi @Marina Bakh , Do you have any pending invites, guests, or deactivated users still tied to the workspace? Check in your workspaces->members , and remove the accounts you don't want or need anymore.
-
Hi @Stephanie Shofner , Sorry to hear about this. To check if this could be a problem with an extension, can you open a new private window and try there? Also, did you confirm if it works well with Chrome? Thanks.
-
Thanks, @Sakshi Verma !

Sorry to hear this! I'm requesting help from Atlassian Support here to take a look.

Hi @应如是 , What are you trying to do when you run into these errors? Can you try a different web browser or an incognito window? Do you know if other users are experiencing the same? Have you tried o contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/)?
-
Hi @Famille Noel , That’s awkward! Do you know if a Trello admin might have removed you from the boards (or someone you could check with)? Are other users experiencing the same issue? Do you see the same when you try with the mobile app or other browsers in the desktop?

Hi @riza_ramadan , When a Trello board loses its only admin, it usually becomes “orphaned.” I'm requesting help from the Atlassian team here to see if they could help to regain access.

I would use the gadget Filter Results or Two-Dimensional Filter Statistics using the query in my previous post. Would that work?
-
Yes, I started the request.
-
Hi @Sanjay , You can’t change existing issue keys, but you can change the project key (which only affects future issues), or move issues to another project, where they’ll get new keys automatically.
-
Hi @LEA又瑄 , Were you able to login before? Do you get any error message? Do you know if other users are having similar issues? Have you tried with different browsers and the mobile app?
-
Hi @Nipun Kumar_ Vodafone , If I understand the question correctly, you need all the issues in the project with the issue type 'Request', correct? If so, this query should suffice: project = NPB AND issuetype = Request Then you can use a gadget in your dashboard (like Filter Results or Two-Dimensional Filter Statistics)…

For team-managed projects/spaces, timeline should be enabled by default.
-
Hi @Catherine Stine Are you using team-managed or company-managed? Make sure you're using Scrum. For company managed you should see it as Timeline on the board, if enabled.
