Hi @Oliver CHIU , There are no many differences. Bug tracking has a different workflow by default (includes 'in review' status) and the issue types 'improvement' and 'new feature'. You can continue using Scrum if that works for you.

Maybe you have the logs for when the ticket was created and you can recreate it?
