I'll let @John McDonald confirm, but I think that he's trying to sync the dates from Atlas to JPD, not the other way around. I'm experiencing the same issue, where the start and target dates in JPD are set to the the target date in JPD. It's not happening consistently though.

Hi @Jack Ukleja , That's an interesting observation. I agree that it may be easier to miss, so I'd recommend to bring it up when training the teams on the use of Atlas. I'd also prefer it on the left side (which would make it consistent with other views, like in the Goals-> All goals, where I can see the arrow to expand…

Hi @John McDonald , I'm experiencing the same issue. @Nicola Sun mentioned in this post that date syncing is not supported today between JPD and Atlas, but that they're adding this to their backlog. I'm hoping it can be solved quickly since we rely on this to have accurate dates in both tools.…

Hi @Dave Mathijs , These are good suggestions! Where can I find the links to the details? These are some extra suggestions for feature requests: * Ability to link more than one Jira issue to an Atlas project. * Ability to delete followers (for admins). * Ability to pull/push comments from/to Slack for status updates…

Thanks, @Megan Schumann . This sounds great! How to check if it's going to be rolled out to a specific instance? Do we need to request it?

Hi @joachim ramberg , I recommend to look into the integration of JPD with Atlas and Jira Software. We use Atlas as our source of truth and repo for all documentation (e.g. PRDs in Google docs or Confluence pages). But if all your documentation is in Jira, you can integrate JPD directly with your Jira tickets.

Thanks, @Nicola Sun . Is this a bug, or a feature that hasn't been implemented at all?
-
Thanks, @Nicola Sun ! Yes. Let me know if I can provide more information.
-
Hi @DamCoder , You could just assign the Atlas licenses only to the people running the pilot.
-
Yes, I agree. Weekly updates can be easily managed from the Updates section for each project. Topics are one of my favorite functionalities in Atlas. If you set the tags for projects you can group or aggregate them under the 'Topics' section. You can also do this for goals. The list of projects under 'Topics' can be…

Hi @Amit Bansal , Welcome to the Community! Yeah, it's really the business or the team decision which approach to take. The advantages of having separate projects is that you could have dedicated workflows and components, e.g. You could also manage permissions at the project level by defining roles and assigning the right…

Hola @MAILLO HORTAL, ESTHER , Puede compartir más detalles sobre el proceso y las herramientas que utilizaron para la migración? Hay algún otro campo que falte? Gracias.

Hi @Shailesh Dubey , What type of dependencies do you have in your plan? According to this article "as of right now, this widget only tracks issues that use the Blocks issue link type." https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/what-is-the-summary-view-of-your-plan/

Hi @Genevieve Eddison , It seems like users don't have the ability to remove followers as described here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlas-questions/How-do-I-remove-a-follower-of-an-Atlas-Project/qaq-p/2288293 But if the account doesn't exist, or the user is deactivated, they shouldn't be receiving notifications.…

Hi @Patricia Limbu , I don't think this is available today, but there is this request to implement it where you could vote for the feature: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9024

Hi @Nir Nikolaevsky , I was able to resolve this issue finally! :-). The problem was that there were channels in two different workspaces. I had to re-installl the Slack app but selecting the other Slack workspace, and then I got access to all the channels. Thanks for all the good questions and suggestions!

Ok, I was able to resolve this issue (with some help) :-) The problem was that there were channels in different workspaces. I had to re-installl the Slack app but selecting the other Slack workspace, and then I got access to all the channels. Thanks for all the good suggestions!

These are all good ideas. I tried that too, but the problem persists. Are you able to connect the Atlas projects with any Slack channels? I wonder if there are some criteria...

Yes, but it didn't work.

H @Alex Korol , Welcome to the Community! This demo may help understand how the integration works: https://www.loom.com/share/9489c20d9ff243cd95882bf4c502ba87 You can add the columns 'Atlas project' and 'Atlas goals' to the JPD ideas. If you don't see these columns available, you may have to request to have the feature…
