Mindpro Insights - How to fix "Cannot read properties of null (reading 'id')"
Does anyone here haver ever faced this kind of issue when using Mindpro Insights? When I try to get data from one Service management project it returns error: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'id') But, when I try to get data from another SM project with shared configurations, it works.
MindPro Sync - Users vs. Customers
After reading the documentation, I still need some clarification. We're using JIRA Service Management Cloud for internal IT requests and incidents. The "Customers" that are setup are internal employees. They are "Reporters" but not licensed "Users" in JIRA. Will MindPro Sync pull in attribute data for these "Customers"?
