Urgent: Please cancel our Trello subscription and delete our workspace before renewal on Nov 14

Hello Atlassian team,

We would like to cancel our Trello subscription and delete our workspace and account. We no longer use Trello.

Workspace ID: 6540b0b3cf73305dfd7d96b3
Next renewal: Saturday, November 14, 2026 (USD 129.71)

We tried to cancel via Workspace Settings > Billing, and we also tried to submit a ticket through the support contact form, but the form shows an error message and we are unable to send the request. As there is no other possibilities to get in contact with you could you please:

Cancel the subscription so that no further charges are made, especially the renewal on November 14, 2026
Delete the workspace and the associated account
Confirm the cancellation by email to our billing contact address (I can share it with you via private message)

Please let me know if you need anything else to verify that we own the account.

What is the error message? Have you tried in different browsers or incognito mode?

I’ve really tried everything: different browsers and incognito mode, but it just shows “Error in submitting…”. That’s why I’m reaching out to the community, as there’s no other way to get in touch.
