Hi everyone,
I'm the organization admin of the Atlassian organization "img-design" and also an admin of the Trello workspace "ImageDesign".
I'm trying to authorize an AI tool (Muse) to connect to the official Trello MCP server (https://mcp.trello.com/v1). On the consent screen, when I select my workspace "ImageDesign", I get:
"Permissions are blocked for these workspaces. Contact your organization admin to request access or see how permissions are managed."
Following the official troubleshooting page, I checked Atlassian Administration (Atlassian MCP server settings):
• Permissions tab: Read 16/16 allowed, Write 16/16 allowed — including read_trello and write_trello.
• Domains tab: "Allow Atlassian-supported domains" is ON.
• I'm the org admin myself, so there's no other admin to ask.
• I retried the authorization on the next day as well; same result.
Is there anything else that can block a workspace even when all MCP permissions are allowed? For example, does the Trello workspace need to be connected to / owned by the organization in a specific way before Trello MCP authorization works?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
