Hi ! Accidentally deleted important videos today (ticket LCS-69696). Can Loom restore deleted videos from backup? It’s a full course, days of work. Any staff help to escalate would mean a lot.

Sorry to hear that!
Unfortunately, Loom confirms that permanently deleted videos cannot be recovered, even by Support.
Please check your Archived videos, as those can be restored.
You already have open ticket, so i suggest just continuing there to get that confirmation! 😊.
