I'm unable to login into my Tiny Power-Ups Subscription. Here's the message I receive: "Failed to load subscription, please try again later." I was just charged for this app a few days ago.
Hello @Mark S. Wilkerson
Tiny Power-Ups is a third-party integration, so subscription and billing issues are managed by its developer.
You can contact them directly at help@samchop.com. Mention the error and your recent payment so they can check your subscription.

@Arkadiusz Wroblewski I have this issue every few months, and I usually send an email and get them to manually reset the subscription token, but now the help@samchop.com and dev@samchop.com emails are both showing this: 550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. So now there is no way to solve the error OR cancel the subscription.
@Mark S. Wilkerson were you able to find a solution?
Hi @Hallie Karabaki,
I took a closer look into this, and it appears the developer's domain became inactive a few weeks ago, which explains why your emails are bouncing with delivery errors.

Hope this helps 🙌 Liam
@Liam Do - DevSamurai Appreciate the response , but that link just routes to an AI bot that closes the issue by saying Atlassian isn't responsible for third-party apps. There is no actual way to submit a ticket. Atlassian needs a real mechanism to flag abandoned Marketplace apps that are actively charging users with dead support channels…
