How do I remove or change / block a previous invite?

I have a former employee with a saved invite in a google chat. How do I ensure he can no longer use that invite, create an account and see our page?

@Brian Keaveny just remove that member from any teams/boards. He'll still be able to create an account, but won't be able to see any of your boards.
