One user on my team does not have the Filter option in her Side bar (missing from ...more) as well. Can't figure out why only her! It doesn't appear on any of the boards she belongs to on her team.
@Cameron Alzubi what happens if they hit the "f" key which is the keyboard shortcut for filtering?
Will give it a try and see what happens!
