How to sinc 2 different accounts in trello?

Hi guys

I have 2 accounts in trello: personal and for work. Is it possible to sync them?

For my colleges easier to connect with me by my work email and account.

And for me is easier to have all tasks in one account (personal).

 

Could you suggest me smth?
