Could not retrieve blame for file

I got the following error in one of the repositories in Fisheye:

This with version 4.6.0 20180726094856.

If I force a re-run, the error is gone. But it comes back after a couple of days.

Any tips what is causing this, and how to fix this?

The cause of this error is likely that the repository cache in FishEye has become corrupt. 

The workaround for this case would be the following:

1. Stop FishEye/Crucible service;
2. Delete the repository cache from FishEye in <FISHEYE_INST>/cache/REPO_NAME;
3. Start FishEye/Crucible;

If you are still encountering the error, there is likely something environmental that is corrupting the file system or messing with the permissions of the cache.
