I'm launching a company from scratch and the numbers of bords or tasks are enormous! Is it possible to import some Trello boards "template" that could have been made public by members of the trello community?

It’s absolutely possible, and congrats on starting your own business! If you haven’t already, do check out https://trello.com/inspiration for hundreds of boards shared by Trello community members. There are so many here that can help, and all are public so you can access them and copy them to your own account.
Say you want to use this board, which seems helpful: https://trello.com/b/33VWywtX/start-a-business . In the top right section of the board, you will see a Copy Board link. Click that and you can save a copy to your Trello account, which you can then modify and tweak to your needs. You can do this with any board on the Trello Inspiration site!
